Really enjoyed the well-equipped and compact double room on level 4 and the way it was setup.

Reasonably large and compact room with bathroom, comfortable bed, quality of breakfast.

Fairly clean place, staff are polite, location is marvellous.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

They gave us a big and compact room with A/C, bathroom, as for instance.

Big beds, central heating and a writing table in the room.

Views of the cathedral were magnificent, the room was spotless and accommodating. The bathroom was clean and it had a hair dryer, toiletries, and bath sheets for my convenience. The employees were good and kind and kept it all clean.

The hotel had a magnificent and stunning position, to everything else you would want to see.

Totally such wonderful stay for 2 nights. Clean place & very very nice and welcoming staff. The double room with the shower, 1 bathroom, A/C.

The place was clean with a very, very nice staff. The location was marvellous and stunning because it was short walk to major attractions in Florence, and the florence´s famous monuments. We appreciated being in this property.

The venue is clean, with amazing location right by the Duomo and other sights, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and downtown. The staff are superfriendly and excellent, managed the parking nearby. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Greatly enjoyed our big rooms, plus the staff was polite. The location of this hotel next to the center of a big city in the Netherlands, the florence´s famous monuments, and the centre of Florence was great and fantastic. We had lunch in we' Girone De' Ghiotti, placed close by. The roof top bar was fab.

Beds were not so comfortable.

The location was amazing, around 10-15 minutes walk from a medieval cathedral. The staff were superbly friendly and welcoming. The whole room was good-sized and compact with A/C and bathroom plus comfortable bed.

Didn't like the area, it was really loud.

Simple venue, marvellous location close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the center of Florence, the Duomo & campanile, and Santa Maria del Fiore, appreciated our stay. All of the staff members were charming and kind. Our room was lovely equipped with a balcony, bathroom, for example, paid £ 28. On-site restaurant Robiglio was a bonus, had dinner there.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was cool and accommodating with quality of breakfast and 1 bathroom plus A/C. The staff were welcoming and pleasant, as I could only expect.

Planned to see Florence major attractions and it was easy base for visiting all of them.

The hotel is in the central location right in the centre. Furthermore, it's very close to Italy-Hot dog box as well as Firenze.

Had a SUCH GREAT stay for 2 nights. The employees were polite. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in. We enjoyed being there.

We both loved it, the place is simple and suited fine. The location was unbeatable, close to Via Roma Street.

wake-up service, available in my queen room, was a nice bonus. the staff was welcoming, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. the location of the hotel was marvellous and best possible - within walking distance of tuscany.

The bed was comfy, the room was cool with a stunningly beautiful view. The location was awesome, within walking distance of Piazza San Marco.

The place was clean and staff where polite, I enjoyed brilliant location. Lots of food for breakfast, which was fabulous to satisfy everyone.

We liked the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. We got a room with a bathtub. Food in the roof top bar was fab!

Actually everything was perfect. The food was fab and there were lots of dishes in the menu. Location: the hotel was right by the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, and the city center. It was 1 km from I' Girone De' Ghiotti, offering quick-service food.

The location was best possible and brilliant, within a close distance from a cathedral-flanked square.

All the personnel was affable. Very central location of this central hotel was a bonus. And I liked that it was in the centre of the city. Everything met needs and I had a really really nice stay for 2 nights...

It was not far from everything and the view was fantastic! It's 5 mins walk to the center. Breakfast in the restaurant was very convenient. This hotel is equal to 2 stars.

We appreciated views and facilities, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. Situated in the center of Florence, it's an incredible base for exploring the city. Great value for money.
