Loved my really nice stay with good value of money. The breakfast with freshly made juices was fresh and incredible, you'll find what you need. The location of this hotel was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a nice stay with good value of money. The guest room we stayed in was new-fashioned with fresh towels, a nice balcony, good view.

Its personnel was amazingly kind and amicable, no reason to complain. The breakfast was gorgeous and fantastic, I truly enjoyed a wide array of food they served.

Very very helpful staff, incredible breakfast, perfect location short walk to all major tourist sites with many in walking distance as well as the tram from the airport. Good-sized, huge room, fast Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom.

The rooms are modern here with fresh towels as well as good view. The staff has always been very-very nice.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with freshly made juices, no complaints whatsoever. Rooms with balcony had a family atmosphere. We had a really really nice stay, thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would come here again.

Fairly clean place and polite staff, truly enjoyed great location. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; the room was bright and quiet. The breakfast was freshly cooked and great with freshly made juices, perfect to start our day.

We stay in family room quite often, it is quiet and bright. Offers helpful service and fantastic food.

Quiet and pleasant venue, incredible location just off the main train station, Florence city center and station/centre, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent, just a pleasant stroll away from a pedestrianized square. The hotel was located walk from the train station. The rooms were great-sized with a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The breakfast was incredible with freshly made juices and the restaurant food was fine. The staff was amazingly kind, kept everything fairly clean and excellent. I truly enjoyed that it was close to the train station.

The hotel had a central position short walk to the downtown area, Very close to Santa Maria Novella train station, and the airport. The room was great modern with a nice balcony, fresh towels, for instance, I felt comfortable there.

The room was brand-new and spotless and the bathroom amazing. Very good service was provided.

Overall had great stay with good value of money. Fantastic and incredible location, it was very close to a train station. Also, a picturesque medieval arched river bridge was 2 km away.

Units with a nice balcony.

Our family room was bright, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, well presented and with a huge variety of options.

The king room was soundproof, had a private safe, central heating, and tea and coffee making equipment. I was offered a gorgeous breakfast with good quality. Accommodating and superfriendly staff who were always there to help.

Breakfast was gorgeous, particularly good views, fantastic location very close to Piazza di Santa Maria Novella, and the tram from the airport. Bright room, fairly quiet, had a modern bathroom. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment.

The room was new-fashioned, had a good-sized bathroom. Shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet were available there.

The location was magnificent and perfect, near to the station, it's a plus.

Fairly clean place in high-tech style with all necessary facilities. Best staff throughout. Easy enough to find, in the heart of Florence.

All in all excellent and absolutely perfect location, next to the Santa Maria Novella train station, all major tourist sites with many in walking distance and the major sights.

The breakfast in the morning was fresh made and gorgeous and complete with freshly made juices.

Had impressive room complete with good view, an amazing balcony, fresh towels. Having a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet was a bonus.

The room with good view. Layout and interior design were modern. Location: the hotel was so close to The Mall Firenze bus stop, main attractions and restaurants...

the location was marvellous and handy, for example, a cathedral-flanked square was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

In the evening we visited Bar Maja it was nearby.

Touristic places like medici riccardi palace were very close to our hotel. The property had indeed an excellent location. You guys made our stay good. Took us 15 minutes to get to train station: )

Hotel location was walking distance to mercato centrale. Fantastic breakfast. We loved facilities and the food here.
