The property was fairly clean and popular and the location was particularly good. The staff was excellent and affable and recommended a good restaurant on-site. The continental breakfast was nice hot and included freshly made toast and eggs.

The breakfast was generous and extensive with many selections and the staff were extremely helpful.

Overall it was a nice size and well-equipped, with an external bathroom.

Make sure you stay in the double room in different level. It has marvellous and incredible location very close to downtown, in a touristic area. Also, it's located 3 km from Staines Moor Country Park.

Enjoyable breakfast, perfect views, incredible location just next door to that comfortable garden especially at nights, the train station and places of interest and major Florence attractions. Extremely comfy beds in our triple room. Welcoming and polite staff, always with a smile. Really great stay for a great value for the money.

Simply nothing too much trouble, very good stay. Very clean bed in the standard quadruple room, plus a safe box, central heating, and television with satellite channels.

Overall it was extremely spacious and absolutely spotless with a good shower. This hotel was located in a very central area just off train Station, shops and Resturants, main attractions and train station, and historic center of Florence.

The hotel had a very central position next to the main market and main cultural/historical sites, all major museums and the leather market, and the main pedestrian street. Also, we were relatively near Palazzo Gondi.

It had not so great views.

It was fully functional, beautifully decorated and with a good shower. The breakfast was hot and for all tastes; the staff was patient. The location of the hotel was good and magnificent - just a pleasant stroll away from a picturesque medieval arched river bridge.

I asked for triple room with a safe, central heating, and a work desk, it was modest. I loved both wake-up service and very comfy bed.

Savoury breakfast with a wide range of toast and eggs. Particularly good location easily in walking distance to all of the sites, easy to get anywhere. Also - just off train station as well as all major museums and the leather market.

The breakfast was generous and well presented with pastry, rolls plus including ice cream. The location was best possible - ease of access to Fratelli Alinari.

I had the king room which was tastefully decorated and fully functional. The view was BEAUTIFUL, the bed was very clean. Convenient central location just next door to many cute restaurants. Plus, I went to see an indoor market hall nearby.

The daily service was very good. Besides, my parking was on-site. Location: the hotel was just next door to train station close to restaurants shops and markets, many cute restaurants and tourist facilities. Also, the venue was just 1 km from a medieval stone bridge.

Continental breakfast was delicious with enough options for everyone I would say. The location was marvellous and fantastic, at a short distance from a distinguished monument.

The breakfast is savoury with ice cream and scrambled eggs, has everything you need. Overall the staff is affable. The location is particularly good, 1 km from a prominent art museum. It's in the peaceful area very close to the historical center, the train station and perfect breakfast and great bars and restaurants which is another bonus.

The hotel was located very close to the center, and train station. The staff were caring, their services were very good. You could leave a car onsite.

We stayed here for 3 nights and liked the place. We have booked triple room with great facilities. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fab. Very central location was a plus.

Spend our time here FANTASTICally. Good sized room. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Not to mention free Wi-Fi.

Characterful base for discovering Florence. Free WiFi was a great addition❤
