Hotel Mirage

Thoroughly enjoyed this overall clean and ideal place, pleasant staff and budget rooms. I ate at an elegant restaurant for dinner. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and a nice view of the mountains. The service provided there was terrific. Besides, my parking was on site. My stay was nice here.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow, made me a little nervous.

The rooms were budget and silent with three regular beds, just what was needed. Having a bidet, a shower cap, and bath sheets was a bonus. The service offered was good. The staff was very proactive, excellent co-operating all the time.

Staff is understanding and pleasant and you can park your car on-site. There are perfectly clean and budget rooms with clean bathrooms.

The location was exceptional in the centre and the staff here was nice. There was Barton Rouge nearby to grab something to eat. The room was extremely spacious and silent and equipped with a super view, a super view of the mountains and Aircon as described.

It was as expected, had a very nice stay on a business trip. The location was excellent, close to public transport! It was also just off the restuarant and rail station.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met every demand, can't recommend highly enough it. Thank you very much everyone for a really really nice stay on a business trip. Its location just a short stroll away from a sculpture gallery was good. There was a clean restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel. The staff were very very helpful and top-class day and night.

Well, the area was such bad overall.

It was a high quality and newly decorated hotel in a downtown area, short walk to good bus links, the town Center and airport and free parking. The location was comfortable - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. You guys made our stay good!

The venue is modern, food is excellent, marvellous location nearer to the center. The units are silent, beautifully maintained with balcony.

Brilliant food, big room with large view, balcony, as for instance. Convenient decor. Great and lovely location for exploring Florence with a shuttle to the airport.

The staff are especially helpful and the room is a nice size and well decorated. The beds are comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great - at a short distance from Parco di San Donato. The rooms were spotless and new-fashioned with a balcony, the bathroom, for example.

Facilities were clean, yet Wi-Fi was low.

Spotless and budget room, besides I had a nice view to the lake. The staff were understanding and gave me good recommendations.

My pet dog and I greatly enjoyed being there, it's good quality and pretty standard hotel. The location for my purpose was particularly good and perfect, near a tram station. The breakfast had a lot of options and included coffee and croissants.

Everything was really good, excellent location so close to the center of Florence, the airport terminal, and the downtown area, exceptionally nice staff. I was offered a room with nice views of the mountains. An electronic key card, a work desk, and TV were perfect.

The food was excellent with a great selection of alternatives.

Queen room is budget, has a large bathroom. The staff are very helpful, managed the parking on-site. Facilities are clean, and there's shuttle to the airport. The hotel offers shuttle too.

Great-sized room with its clean bathroom, everything was very good.

We ate at a clean restaurant at the lobby. Street view was an unexpected bonus.

The bed was a little lumpy, that's sad thing.

Coffee and croissants for breakfast are a plus. The staff are very helpful and I loved their attitude. Easy and magnificent location to the tram that takes you into the city Center, the hotel is near a tram station.

The place was newly renovated and ideal and the staff were especially helpful, the location was magnificent close to public transport that took us into the centre of Florence. The rooms were budget, tastefully decorated, came with comfy beds, Aircon and balcony. Loved the restaurant for dinner.

Breakfast, it was cold, could be way much better.

We had a good stay, the hotel was newly remodelled, perfectly clean, with perfect location to the sights in Florence.

We strongly recommend as we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, the accommodation was classic and very clean. Everything created a quiet atmosphere. A minibar, satellite television and central heating were a very nice touch. Besides, it offers free WiFi. Novoli - San Donato district definitely deserves exploring

You guys made our stay NICE. Exceptional location in front of the Santa Maria Novella train station. We had no problems with free WiFi. Novoli - San Donato district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

highway was in front of our hotel. nice restaurant in the property. we greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose mirage.
