Everything was very comfortable, top-class staff made our stay really good. The breakfast was sensational with a wide range of fabulous cereals and cheese. Convenient and ideal location in the particularly good area and it was a bonus to be close to a train station.

The hotel is in a marvellous and absolutely perfect position and the airport is 10 km away. Don't forget to visit nearby Caffe' L'angolo, they have best coffee ever.

Great and perfect location of the hotel, close enough to restaurants, shops, Internet cafes -- and even better -- a laundromat and both the train and bus stations near Santa Maria Novella Church and piazza. Very quick check-in, parking off site.

All in all perfect and comfortable location, not far from city centre and tram station, the church of Santa Maria Novella and the attractions of Florence, the train station and bus depot. It was in a great and unbeatable location with a 15th-century Dominican church nearby. The staff members were very nice and courteous and suggested local places.

the location is best possible and brilliant, 1 km from hospital of innocents. also, it's right next to downtown. the beds are exceptionally comfortable to sleep on.

In overall, the place is enchanting, has expert staff at the reception desk. Plus, the location is incredible and strategic, minutes from a distinguished monument. Furthermore, it's not far from restaurants, the train station, and all the tourist attractions. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was affordable.

Had a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating in my twin/double room. I loved its nice decor. The location was marvellous and best possible for walking around a 15th - century Dominican church. Everything met the needs, I would definitely go again.
