The deluxe apartment was huge with twin beds. The staff were amiable and the facilities were good.

We had an upstairs bedroom. The location was very central, incredible to the sites we visited.

Clean and little place, has priceless views over Firenze towards the mountains. It offers a great location and has excellent staff. The hotel is near plenty of bars and restaurants.

The bedroom was brand-new and well-appointed. The amenities included a terrace and a TV.

Its location a short walk to restaurants and bars was unbeatable. There were an outdoor market and a market around the hotel.

The hotel was in the central setting in the piazza. Booked queen suite with a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, kept everything clean and amazing.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, yet everything was good.

It has marvellous and lovely location to see The Grave of a Nazi Dog. All the staff members are nice and welcoming.

The hotel's position was excellent and absolutely perfect a short walk to restaurants and bars.

My room with 2 bathrooms, a "king bed plus dishware was brand-new, had good night's sleep. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet were very handy. Central location of this secret hotel was a bonus. You could walk to an outdoor market and a market.

We didn't want to leave, couldn't recommend more.

Location just off the historic center, in a plaza, a very lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants, and very close to a supermarket as well as a bakery and shops, markets, and sights. Also, to the Jewish synagogue. Breakfast with nice view.

Inadequate staff!

Had a really nice stay on two nights of our stay, glad I've chosen it. The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from a medieval cathedral.

Whole place was clean with fantastic views; perfect and convenient location in a normal "neighborhood ".

It was gorgeous, brand-new and with 2 bathrooms. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher upon arrival.

I had a really really nice stay with a breakfast included and loved the location, it was marvellous and lovely near a wonderful fresh outdoor market.

The king suite was huge, included a dishwasher, a fridge and an electric kettle. I had a very clean bed and a huge bathroom. The location was unbeatable and comfortable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a cathedral-flanked square. There was a good restaurant, an outdoor market and a market next door.

Central location was a plus. And it was just a short stroll away from Museo Marino Marini.

Overall it was well-appointed and generous-sized with a real shower.

It had an absolutely perfect location very close to tourist attractions, very close to a supermarket as well as a bakery and local restaurants, bars and shop right there.

The place was clean with courteous and welcoming staff members. There was a lot of food for breakfast, it was lovely! The location was marvellous and magnificent, close enough to a nearby shop for something to breakfast, and Firenze.

Thanks very much for the VERY NICE stay on two nights of our stay. Plus, the location is particularly good and incredible, minutes from a medieval cathedral. And it's nestled in a nice building just next door to major things to do in Firenze as well as all the tourist sites.

Really perfectly located hotel. In the evening we visited Cantinetta Allegri, set quite close to the property. Furthermore, we could use Wi-Fi...

Would recommend this place and would definitely stop here again. Great room amenities like TV with satellite channels, a writing table and ironing facilities. Besides, it was nice to use a private parking on site.
