Our accommodation was set in a riverside location not far from Florence and other attractions in the area as well as a quiet night's sleep at all times. The service was great, the staff was willing to help.

Unbeatable and quiet position next to the river on the open air, the restaurant for dinner and Florence and other attractions in the area, delightful views. Beautiful bedroom. Extremely helpful staff throughout.

The place was exceptionally clean with a caring staff. The staff was willing to help when I wanted something. I was there for 5 nights and ate at gourmet restaurant at many meals at the hotel which is unusual for me. It had very clean beds and a nice view of the hills northeast of Florence. Food was great and I have nothing but really enjoyable memories from this trip.

It was exceptionally clean, breakfast was delicious. The employees were amazingly attentive and top-class. The hotel restaurant was good. It was as expected, had a very pleasant stay in terms of customer service I have ever had.

In overall the room was delightful and absolutely brilliant and with the bathroom, good beds, as example. Good staff who was willing to help. Suburban location was a plus. We found nice C'est Ici nearby with hot beverages. Btw, the airport was 15 km away. The hotel was absolutely great, we would recomand.

Enjoyed our stay. We had a comfortable bedroom. The staff were excellent, skilful.

The room of place was a nice size and well-kept with a jacuzzi. This was a well-maintained hotel with a riverside location to Firenze center.

The bathroom was marble and the room itself well-equipped and well-kept.

All in all, it's peaceful place that has thoughtful and knowledgeable staff on your service.

Had a just perfect stay in terms of customer service I have ever had, everything was very good. The hotel was short walk to a river as well as wonderful Florence thanks to its stunning and very pretty location. Moreover, it was 3 km from Parco d'arte Enzo Pazzagli.

Delightful area, riverside location right by a river and the Tuscan countryside, Florence itself and an amazing establishment, well run with a team of strong, yet pleasant staff-and best of all, a quiet night's sleep at all times.

Marvellous location gorgeous on a sunny summer day to tour the surrounding Tuscany area, magical room. Sensational, gorgeous breakfasts with the scrambled eggs, excellent coffee and beautiful view everyone can find something. The pool area is good too.

Magical unit with a view of the hills northeast of florence. Stunning and great location for our needs, adjacent to Florence for the evening as the last bus is at 19.30, lovely gardens and a tunnel under the road.

Generally, the place was romantic and had well-trained and very amiable staff with this hotel-room immaculate-service and staff wonderful. There were a laptop-compatible safe, a mini bar and central heating in the room, liked that.

This place is in a quiet location on taxis to take us to-and-from the heart of the city so we could explore. The breakfast has delicious and gorgeous options with excellent coffee and beautiful view, as example.

The room was a nice size with private terrace, a view of the hills northeast of Florence and a bath and the breakfast was marvellous. The staff was willing to help, and always with a cheerful greeting. The location was unbeatable and quiet and the atmosphere was special.

This hotel offered a beautiful location and elegant rooms. Gavinana - Rovezzano district was definitely worth visiting.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. An enjoyable base for exploring Florence. It was next to the airport, 22 minutes' drive, convenient.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of food and it was GOOD.

Mulino di firenze was great! Iguazu, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.
