Fairly clean hotel, affable and incredibly hospitable team members on the following shift. Excellent location within walking distance of attractions, in the very quiet area.

Gorgeous place, pretty friendly and amiable staff. Variety of options, amazing food. Brand-new triple room with a balcony into the gardens, a comfortable double bed, nice bathroom. Particularly good location with private parking nearby. Nearby Finnegan's Irish Pub - great place to chill out.

Location adjacent to a cafe close to the B&B, the central train station and Florence. Affable staff, new-fashioned and neat room with a comfortable double bed, balcony and instant coffee.

No lobby.

The location was particularly good and excellent, to the historical centre of Florence.

Hotel's location was great, close enough to all the big attractions. It was also not far from a cafe nearby, the true city center, and Firenze.

Every visit to Florence we like to stay here. All in all they offer excellent service. Moreover, the parking is nearby. This is a marvellous location in Florence. Florence Historic Centre district won't disappoint you.

Stylish, brand-new unit with instant coffee and a balcony plus a very clean bathroom. Fab variety at breakfast. Magnificent and good location, near Academy of Fine Arts.

The double room was stylish, included all the necessary facilities, large windows, and a kettle. It had great bed and the staff were affable and outstandingly accommodating people on the following shift. The location was excellent, minute walk from a gallery and a cathedral.

All good - we really enjoyed this hip new hotel - the food was amazing and the staff were affable. Our triple room was brand-new, fashionable. The venue had a particularly good location right next to Giardino dei Semplici Open Air Museum. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shops.

I had great days staying at this hip new hotel. The place was clean, I booked the double room with street views, everything was awesome. The staff were charming and made me feel comfortable. Excellent service was provided. The location was great for walking around an art museum.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and fashionable with nice bathroom. Great to have a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe. The location is ideal and stunning, 2 km from a cathedral-flanked square.

Excellent home base for discovering Florence with affable staff on the following shift. Stunning location in Florence near to city center, a local restaurant and Santa Maria del Fiore. Honestly no reason to complain.

The double room was stylish and huge with a bath. Its location just a short walk away from an art museum was incredible and decent.

The room was airy, good-sized and with a big bathroom. All the necessary facilities and big windows were provided. The absolutely perfect and nice location was a minute walk from Piazza San Marco.

The property was fairly clean and staff was welcoming and exceptional. Location: the hotel was right by the train station and centre, the historical centre and the Duomo. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar Santa Reparata...

coffee/tea making facilities, fridges and glassware are a nice touch.

I went on a christmas and everything here was nice. The accommodating staff truly made me feel welcome. Appreciated my stay, it was very nice.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were rather noisy.
