I have stayed in the double room with painted ceiling. The location is top and the staff is excellent.

Perfect and convenient location quite close to city centre. Walking distance to shopping centres and a bakery across the street.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was stylish and reasonably clean, with stunning location close to everything that we wanted to see. The room was absolutely stunning with aircon and the overall experience was comfortable!

Reasonably clean place with city views and very amiable and professional staff. A great selection of options, fabulous food. Overall a really good stay for four nights.

Absolutely gorgeous and stunning units with private toilets as well as a separate bathroom down the hall, and the staff were nice. The location was very central, brilliant in an art museum.

Accommodation was big size and stylish, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was fairly quiet and fabulous, welcoming staff. The bathroom had a bidet, which was great.

The hotel was big, and the meals were fab, I really enjoyed the magnificent and good location near to all beautiful Museums, Palazzo Vecchio and the churches, museums and piazzas. I stayed in the room that was artwork painted on the ceiling and available with beautifull decoration, the in-suite bathroom and aircon.

Stunning location, the public parking was available.

The property was overall clean with incredible and pleasant staff. The location was very central, near all the major attractions, shops and restaurants, the Duomo, and Florence-comfortable bed, wi-fi, nice bathroom. Spent our evenings in nearby Century enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The rooms are tidy and fantastic, with EXCEPTIONALly comfortable beds. The location is exceptional and super, it's near an art museum as well as the N4U Guest House.

Had nice stay for four nights. The setting was good, just off the centrum of Florence, all beautiful Museums and important things and the Boboli gardens on the opposite side of the river. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

The place is wonderful and overall clean. Outstandingly helpful staff and altogether a really good experience. Very cute building and rooms with painted ceiling. Breakfast with Hot brioches and fresh orange juice. The hotel of choice in Florence.

Everything is brand-new here, had a quite comfortable stay for four nights. Staff is incredible and you can park your car nearby. Its location is stunning, so close to the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery, Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, and many restaurants and shops, domestic area. There is nearby Da Vinattieri to grab some food for the dinner.

Romantic, modern rooms with the in-suite bathroom, AC, for instance, quiet setting. A wide array of fabulous food.

Beds were a bit hard.

The units are new-fashioned, airy with which was painted, artwork painted on the ceiling plus Mini bar. The price is £ 52. The staff is amicable and attentive, and the proprietor too.

My stay was very good for four nights. The guest room was tastefully decorated with a separate bathroom, a really comfortable double bed and private bath. Its location was perfect and comfortable, that close to the train station, and in a central area.

It is a fabulous and lovely property located in Florence Historic Centre district close to bars near by as well as city center.

appreciated the hotel, it is stylish and spotlessly clean, has stunning location to the main tourist attractions in florence. we got an upgrade to a fantastic and absolutely gorgeous room with complimentary coffee and wifi. a bidet was large and everything was brand-new. location: the venue was just next door to the duomo square as well as the center of florence.

I asked for double room with complimentary coffee, WiFi, and a mini bar, it was beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a bidet worked well.

Booked a guest room with the decorated ceiling. The cost was £ 51.

The whole experience was very very good from start to finish, recommend. Everything was nice, including excellent staff and perfect location really in city center. I had a well decorated and well-appointed room with beautifull decoration, tall windows, artwork painted on the ceiling.

Very comfortable experience there. Lovely hotel in an exceptional position right in the center of Florence. The breakfast with Hot brioches. The stuff - incredibly nice and welcoming.

Ideal location right in the heart of Florence, and the rooms were romantic and modern. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful and food was good.

Huge room with total privacy, had a fairly nice stay. Coffee/tea making facilities, refrigerators and glassware were nice.

Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. 500 feet away from the hotel there is Osteria del Proconsolo, which is a good dining choice. Just a few steps away from ponte vecchio. Location was wonderful.
