Excellent value, room was new-fashioned, staff were extremely helpful. I ate at a very nice restaurant for breakfast. The location was perfect, 0.5 km to Peretola airport, perfectly reachable. The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a very very nice area. The bar was amazing and food they serve is delightful.

The location was perfect in the main center very close to everything. We had easy check in and the rooms were nicely decorated with tea and coffee facilities and a view of the Florentine rooftops plus updated bathroom.

The room was very classy and exceptionally clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was marvellous very close to everything. Besides, the property was 4 km away from Saint Anne's Well.

We had huge and updated room with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows.

The breakfast was great, there was a great selection of food to chose from. The overall atmosphere was warm, but some staff members were horrible. The hotel had a very central setting very close to river. Also, it was positioned at a medium distance from tourist spot like statue-filled Renaissance gardens.

Had a such wonderful stay for 8 nights during very hot weather, glad I've chosen it. The hotel was in an ideal location adjacent to Florence's shopping district as well as Firenze. Found time to see a Renaissance palace, that's at a short distance from the property.

The food was delightful, with lots of options. The location was unbeatable - adjacent to all best shops and Historiker places, restaurants and locals and anywhere in the city, near restaurants and museum.

We had a pleasant stay and recommend this hotel to others. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was modern. The service was very good with an easy check-in.

The food was good - variety of options. The location was magnificent and perfect, close enough to the museums, shopping, and architectural sights in the city--couldn't, and a huge Renaissance palace and easily accessible.

Everything was modern, had a wonderful stay on vacation. The location was perfect, on a quiet street a five minute walk from everything, convenient to go everywhere. Furthermore, the hotel was at a short distance from an indoor market hall.

The units were spotless with a view of the florentine rooftops. Our hotel is set in a very central location close enough to the designer shops. Plus, a prominent art museum is easily reachable.

Loved the place, had an unforgettable stay for 8 nights during very hot weather. The location was nice, you can visit a spandrel segmental arch bridge by walking. A wide array of options nearby, I visited restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

The total stay was really amazing on vacation. I was happy, the superior queen room I booked came with the hotel's HVAC system and quality products. It's all amazing. 300 feet away there is Odeon Bistro. There were nice tourist destinations like pitti palace very close to this hotel...
