The units are immaculate, big with a huge bed. The location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, as the hotel is based to the centre of Florence.

The location was super with the train station walk from the accommodation.

It was fairly clean, breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. The staff were ready to help during my stay. The venue's position was very central. The stay was wonderful, would recommend.

The breakfasts were good with coffee, fruits and dairy products and nice service.

Had facilities needed in my standard room, including central heating, a work desk, and a flat screen TV. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a bidet worked well. The location was marvellous, close to Teatro Comunale. The hotel was in a very quite area, so close to the centre of Florence and the river and the American consulate.

The location is great and beautiful, close enough to the Arno river and the duomo, ponte vecchio, and other sites as well as the city centre - could n't be better.

The hotel was charming old and I loved the streets of Florence. The breakfast was awesome exactly as I hoped, with locally grown, pastries plus awesome coffee. The location was excellent, walk from a train station. Set close to a garden and a river, it was a plus. Thanks very much for the terrific service you offered me, including shuttle from the airport.

We enjoyed the food, it was fine. The location was very central, magnificent very close to the river.

The location was great, for example, a medieval stone bridge was at a walking distance from the hotel. It was also just next door to the American consulate, the main train and bus station in Florence and the centre of Florence.

This hotel was delightful and I would come here again. It was wonderful, fantastic and with chips of wood. The location turned out to be super and awesome, near to trim areas in the hallways, Close to railway station and the river bank.

Easy to get to, peaceful location short walk to kebab shops, Indian restaurants and planning activities, transportation. Easy walk to Teatro Comunale.

Location - peaceful and easy very close to the tourist area, the centre of the city, and all public transport. Also, closer to the sights.

The hotel had a very central setting near the river. Had big size room with big bathroom and wake-up service was available in it.

Very good building and rooms with modern decoration. Brilliant location within walking distance of a spandrel segmental arch bridge. Walking distance to supermarkets and chemist's across the street.

Helpful staff and large room. In addition, public parking was convenient. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Liked the buffet breakfast.

one of the dining options, pizzeria funiculi was 15 mins walk away. we loved nh firenze anglo american.

We would like to stay there on the next trip if visiting Florence.
