The hotel was gorgeous and clean with lovely views of the town. The continental breakfast had a huge variety of delicacies and was the best. I had spotless luxurious room with a storage and an ironing set.

Fabulous and clean accommodation with brilliant and super location adjacent to Florence on business 2 or 3 times a year and Palazzo Vecchio and Duomo. Terrific and tidy room with a perfect view of the town. Fantastic staff, quiet atmosphere all over the hotel, sensational breakfast. Early check in and an exceptional service throughout my stay. Free Wi-Fi provided.

Stunningly beautiful and lovely hotel in a nice area short walk to the city centre & Duomo, sightseeing and dinner and Santa Maria Novella ". Fantastic gorgeous rooms with bathtub, wine, as example.

I was satisfied with the reasonably large room, there were a shower and double sinks just in case. The bedroom was actually comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic, not far from Florence on business 2, main attractions, and the Duomo and center.

The breakfast was incredible with pastries, Gluten free options, excellent coffee for the continental breakfast. The location was prime and next to a river and a park. The staff has always been competent and outstandingly helpful, and the facilities were very good.

This was my fantastic stay for business trip-functional and efficient. I found the hotel's location great and brilliant, so close to an awesome restaurant, and the main train station and most attractions and museums. I usually went to Chicken Valley to grab a bite.

Make sure to get superior double room with a lovely big bathroom, an amazing view, for example. The setting is unbeatable, close enough to a quite suburb, the NH Firenze, and Florence, lovely area.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, you can visit Porta al Prato by walking. We got a room with a bath.

I loved staying in this beautifuly designed hotel based in an European building. The room was neat and elegant with balcony, great amenities, as example, and all other comforts. Central location was a plus.

tbh, had a very nice stay for business trip-functional and efficient. the location was unbeatable and stunning, for example, a 15th - century dominican church was just a short walk away from the hotel. we found it in a really quiet area right by the city centre, center, and florence.

Incredible location away from the Florence Central train station, enthusiastic staff, everything was GREAT. Location: the hotel was near most sightseeing spots, and the centre. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar Porta a Prato. The downstairs bar was superb! It was as expected, had a great stay for business trip-functional and efficient.

Nicely designed accommodation with reasonable setting just next door to the Train Station in a quite suburb, 10 mtrs, and most sightseeing spots. Amazing pool, parking nearby. Early check-in.

The hotel is fairly clean, with efficient personal, and offers amazing and brilliant location just off the train station as well as the city center.

Terrace and the view from it was great. In addition, the parking was nearby.

Hotel’s position in front of le cascine and easy connection to ponte vecchio. The property met needs well. Galluzzo - Certosa district certainly deserves to be visited.

you guys made our stay amazing. the hotel interior was nice. the area contains some restaurants like le cafe within 10 minutes' walk.
