Stayed in wheelchair accessible room with a balcony, it worked well for me. Overall the staff was cheerful👌

the location is marvellous, walk from the train station. there's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like belfiore, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Wanted to explore Florence and this hotel was reasonable base for doing it. The location was great there, in the middle of the city. Porta al Prato district was worth exploring.
