The breakfast is good basic with yogurt, cheeses and fruit juices, lots to choose from.

The location was good, really close to restaurants by walking, the train station and the center of Florence and the duomo and shopping street and easily accessible. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from Edinburgh Castle.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The hotel has absolutely perfect and incredible location in city center. And it's nestled in a very very good building short walk to Santa Maria Novella Train Station, the Santa Maria del Fiore, and shopping street. There is a great selection of good food for breakfast.

The location was great and perfect, in the Florence Historic Centre district and near a railway station. The property was set in a shopping area. We got a room with a bidet. The breakfast in the morning was satisfactory and complete with cheeses, great croissants plus cakes.

Cool and clean place to stay in, it has great and really kind staff at the night shift.

It was an amazing location just off galleries, bars, El Duomo and train station, railway station, restaurants and points of interest, and Santa Maria Novella and Santa Maria del Fiore. The staff turned out to be excellent co-operating. The rooms were all functional and neat with well working airco.

The location was great for me as it was very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, many landmarks, fun restaurants and train station and duomo, museums and restaurants by walking. The rooms were clean and authentic, especially those with the second shampoo, a kettle, as example.

The hotel was in the very central setting close to train station etc. Moreover, it's very close to duomo, museums and restaurants and central market. Truly enjoyed food selection, meals were fine and they have a wide range of options.
