Well-appointed and well decorated rooms in an excellent location, close to the center, must see churches and the "Cathedral. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

The unit we got was well-kept with separate bedroom, a comfortable bed, as for instance. Our location was perfect and magnificent, short walk from the train station.

The location it offers is good and excellent, right by Santa Maria Novella train station, centre of Florence, and the markets and the river. The staff are all excellent and affable.

Had a very lovely stay for Florence visit, glad I've chosen it. Apartment like in the pictures was the best. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators.

The hotel was located exceptionally nice for us, short walk from the train station. On the whole great food; Il Barretto was in the vicinity. We had beautifully decorated and airy rooms with coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge.

Our apartment was equipped with tea, juice plus biscuits. The hotel had amazing location not far from Santa Maria Novella train station and old town.

There were a living area, a coffee machine, and big windows in the room, enjoyed that. It had very unique decoration and overall it was silent.

The most important was the staff - excellent and extremely friendly people. The location was very central, amazing to the tourist attractions. And it was also really close to train station and shuttle to the airport.

The rooms were all nicely decorated and silent with juice as well as AIRCONDITIONER.

Overall it was a nice size and well-equipped with a spacious bathroom. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were a big plus.

The setting was incredible, right by Novella House from the train station, the train station and many attractions and the major sites.

The hotel was located in a good and magnificent place, close to the train station. There was a small restaurant, a shopping street and a market next door.

Had 3 nights in Florence, spending my time here lovely. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a spandrel segmental arch bridge. And the area was historic, short walk to the center, and shopping street.

good base for exploring florence. fairly clean venue with savoury breakfasts and garden views. fab food for dinner and breakfast. fantastic location of the hotel in the center. short walk to the milan train and bus station, the duomo or the uffizi in 15 minutes and city's main attractions.

It was airy, tastefully decorated and with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. All the staff was top-class, fixed my issues;)))

Amazing location and overall the staff was hospitable and top-class. We stayed in an apartment like in the pictures.

The room was well decorated and what's more - included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

We have booked superior queen room with snacks and comfortable bed for 1 night. The location was perfect and convenient, just a short stroll away from a picturesque medieval arched river bridge. The hotel itself was in a secure area, near the Milan Train and Bus Station, old Florence and all locations including bus station and train station.

The rooms were silent, we had a balcony looking over garden. The location was incredible, within walking distance of David.

Our twin room was decorated in the comfortable design. It was nice to have tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator available. The staff were accommodating, welcoming, did all they can for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, for example, a fortress palace was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

We loved apartment provided with washing machine etc, coffee, a comfortable bed. The location was unbeatable and incredible, for example, a cathedral-flanked square was not too far away from the hotel. Besides, it was right by train station, Duomo, and Academia Gallery, and Santa Maria Novella.

Overall it was a fine stay for Florence visit. Central location was a plus. I went to a nice restaurant and loved the local dishes.

We really enjoyed the superior queen room which was adequate. There was a lovely restaurant and top-class staff. Central location was a plus. Spent our evenings in nearby Mezzo Litro, especially when it was hot outside...

Hotel was good for family. The staff were friendly. Rooms were big enough. 5 mins walk to the center. So many choices for breakfast: cookies and coffee...
