Liked this budget hotel: incredible food and very attentive and attentive staff. I asked for triple room with AC, all the amenities, for example, had a perfect 10/10 stay. I was there for 2 nights and will come back.

Had 3 days in Florence, spending my time here lovely. Incredible location and helpful and caring staff were a definite plus. Btw, the airport was 10 km away.

The location for our purpose was particularly good, walking distance to a train station. There was a good restaurant relatively near the hotel. The breakfast available was free and satisfactory with juice, processed cheese plus barista made coffee.

We didn't like that there was lift missing.

Stayed for 2 nights in this quirky and pleasant place, appreciated that. We had satisfactory breakfasts with good coffee and fruit, for instance, special mention to attentive and caring staff. The location seemed magnificent and incredible close to everything you want in a trip. The whole experience was just perfect, no complaints, recommend.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Coffee, slices of fresh bread, pastries, and fresh fruit were a nice touch. The location was exceptional, a 10-15 minute walk from a medieval cathedral.

Staff was very polite and hotel is clean and gorgeous! The venue's location was marvellous, close enough to the main rail station, the San Lorenzo and Via Faenza, a pedestrian street. And it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a medieval cathedral.

Everything was perfect, no complaints, I recommend it. I spend 2 nights in Florence lovely. Had perfect location on trains. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

The quadruple room is individual and has central heating, a multi-channel television, and a writing table. The location is incredible and stunning and they have parking nearby.

The food was fantastic with plenty of choice! The location was particularly good and excellent for walking around an indoor market hall. I enjoyed this hotel, set walking distance to the train station.

Great budget hotel in a lively area close enough to Via Faenza, a pedestrian street, convenient to The Historic District and the Stazione, the food market and Trattoria Mario and the transport hubs. Nice design of interiors in twin room. Satisfactory breakfast with packaged food and croissant, helpful and caring personal. Incredible location, within walking distance of everywhere.

The units are fantastic and reasonably large with 3 single beds. The staff is pretty friendly and excellent at all the levels. The location is GOOD and marvellous, close to major tourist attractions.

It was bright and clean hotel. It had very central location close to Via Faenza. And the area was good, just next door to the attractions and the train station, and many restaurants & convenience stores.

Modern clean hotel and staff was attentive and caring. My room was spotless, had smoke detectors for safety measures. I had a very clean bed, and central heating, a work desk, and television. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was efficient. Took the advantage of the parking nearby.

Quaint and modern accommodation with unbeatable setting right by the market, the train and a quick walk into the main square, the trainstation and central market and train station and all tourist attractions.

We had a nice stay at this budget hotel. The breakfast was free and good, the staff was fabulously friendly, the grounds were fairly clean.

We expected there would be elevator.

Loved Florence, the hotel was pleasant and bright in a walking street with plenty of eating options nearby. We where in a triple room with central heating, a work desk and television. The location was brilliant, not too far from a prominent art museum.

Food was fantastic and I have nothing but great memories from this trip. It was a comfortable and pleasant hotel in a good area, close enough to the railways station, and the main sites.

This hotel had a central position by many nice restaurants. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

The twin room was compact with all the amenities, 3 single beds and AC. Having a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet was a bonus.

The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a great area, not far from the historic centre, Florence and the train station. The Irish bar was available on the premises.

There was no lift.

It deserves its 2 stars. The restaurant was located within 700 feet.

The location was fantastic & our room was big. For tea or coffee visit Cono Gelato nearby.

Their breakfast was very limited.
