Amazing service throughout. Not to mention free wifi!

Location: the hotel was very close to Italy and santa maria novella bus and train station.

I had a very pleasant experience here, everything was really good, the location was magnificent so close to all the main attractions. The staff helped with suitcases. The food was great and the staff were excellent and sincere.

Low budget hotel with especially helpful and very amiable staff and incredible views at the lovely garden from the breakfast room. Very clean bed in guest room with an individual safe, climate control, and a work desk. Particularly good area, central location close to Uffizi, Duomo and other places and a taxi to the airport. Besides, very convenient to an innovative gallery.

We appreciated this place, everything was nice. The breakfast offered a great selection of food and was savoury and delicious. The location was magnificent and amazing and the services were exceptional. This hotel was set in a lively area. Our experience here was very nice.

Want to say thank you very much for fairly nice stay. It's intimate place to stay 2 km away from an open - air market. It has a tasty continental breakfast and pleasant staff. Walk from most sightseeings, the location is marvellous adjacent to the Bargello Museum, Florence and the centre of Florence.

The staff is sincere and the continental breakfast is savoury. Plus, the location is unbeatable, minutes from a l-shaped square. It's based in particularly good area, near everything that I was there to see...

We enjoyed our time here. All in all, we spend our time nicely. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast offers a wide array of coffee and tea.

That sometimes the street was noisy.
