A lot of food available in the lobby.

That was beautifully designed hotel set in perfect area, so close to the city centre and all that Florence has to offer as well as the main tourist attractions in Florence. The breakfast was excellent with great view, and the staff was very very helpful.

The room was spotless and new-fashioned, offered iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV with satellite channels. The place had a family atmosphere. This accommodation was in the central location near train station.

A private safe, a minibar, and central heating - basic facilities we needed in a fancy room.

My room included a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The personnel were attentive. The hotel was set in a central area really close to all the tourist attractions in Florence, the beautiful square and amazing restaurants & shopping.

Some people working there were a bit lazy.

The location in an extra comfy area was good and there where a market and shops nearby. I took a superior triple room with TV as well as comfortable beds.

Had top and quiet location near to everything. Moreover, it's really close to the city centre and all that Florence has to offer, the train station and a 5 minute walk to the train station dragging luggage.

Air conditioned, a nice size room complete with views of the duomo, champagne, for example. The location is comfortable, specially if you want to stay near restaurants and bars.

Had family king room with vehicles on cobble stones as well as views of the duomo. Incredible and lovely location - very close to SMN train station, the piazza Santa Maria Novella and the city center.

Everything was exceptional, breakfast was astonishing and excellent. I stayed here before, always air-conditioned and fashionable rooms with all conveniences. A mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe turned out to be good. The hotel staff was attentive, not annoying. I came here for 2 nights and had a very good stay.

The staff are pretty friendly and affable. Fancy room with good facilities, has free Wi-Fi.

We were met by VERY DILIGENT, extremely helpful personnel.

It was overall clean with good customer service. The food was yummy - lots of options. Central location was a plus. Also, an art museum was only 1 km from the accommodation.

I liked the hotel, it was spacious and clean, location was stunning easy to get to from the airport by taxi. The breakfast with great view was served in the lobby.

The hotel was hip new, spent my time lovely here. The room was air-conditioned and luxurious, with large bed and a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet in the bathroom.

the place is only a short distance to florence downtown. the restaurant was located within 300 feet.

Taste the food in Il Grillo, you only need to walk 800 feet to reach it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel was situated right by ponte vecchio and also we could visit mercato centrale. This venue had everything we needed, we appreciated staff and service❤
