Incredibly beautiful place, it has consistently courteous staff whether at reception desk or breakfast room. Amazing and incredible location, a train station is close to the hotel. And it's around 10-15 minutes walk from downtown.

The continental breakfast was plentiful with lots of food. The bathroom in my triple room was marble-lined.

Loved this place, it was truly exceptional and very peaceful. The restaurant was very convenient for evening meals, I tried excellent dishes. I was pleased with very good service. The location was perfect and the room was clean. This hotel was set in a nice quiet area.

We recommend this hotel, spent here lovely 3 nights. Loved how truly exceptional and very peaceful the property was and its top-class staff with excellent customer service. We had a generous meal in the morning and some good food at the piano bar.

Everything was great, magnificent location close to all important areas-railway station, all the key sites, and Duomo and train station, pleasant staff. We had an exceptionally good breakfast with great fresh squeezed orange juice and yogurt, for instance included.

The venue's position was very central. Appreciated the superior king room with amazing view, balcony, for instance I was given.

Fabulous units with a fully renovated bathroom and easy access to the garden, and perfect staff. The location fantastic and amazing in the center of the now largely commercial old town center. Not far from duomo and other landmarks and the Mercato Centrale and the leather market.

Spent here 3 lovely days and will be back. It was a perfect romantic place, had friendly efficient and fabulously helpful staff at the reception desk.

We had a really nice stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The selection of outstanding toast, fresh bread, cakes, pastries, and fruit was a bonus. Triple room was air-conditioned and recently renovated on the lower floors.

This place was gorgeous and the staff was really good and pleasant. It offered excellent service and lovely food too. Concierge service and wake up calls were available for free too.

I spend 3 nights in Florence lovely. Comforts of spotless and en suite room with a tv were fabulous. The hotel was set in a very central area just off the Duomo, the Academia, and a number of great shops and restaurants as well as the major museums and the Duomo.

The place was reasonably priced. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nevertheless everything was great. Had updated, huge room that was kept clean. The location offered was great not far from the cliffs on the coast near Liguria, all important areas-railway station, Duomo, San Marco, and the center of town. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

I loved it, have never been in a better hotel. I had twin room with windows overlooking street and large bed. The staff were all competent and attentive. Central location was a plus. Besides, the area was fairly quiet, next to Piazza San Marco.

We asked for triple room and it was spotless and bright with balcony. The staff was amiable plus the location was incredible.

The location was brilliant, close to an art museum. And it was also just off the bus stop, the Ponte Vecchio and Florence. There was plenty of cheap options for continental breakfast.

Really enjoyed my great stay during our visit. The folks working here were kind and understanding. The restaurant was magnificent for choices here, I had warm dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, used a private safe, a kettle and a mini-bar. It had central location close to Piazza San Marco.

The breakfast was tasty with the freshly squeezed orange juice being the highlight; the staff were courteous. My superior queen room had central heating, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk...

Worth its 4 stars. The view of the courtyard from the room was pleasant. The staff here is professional. As picky eaters we thoroughly enjoyed to be close to a wide range of restaurants, went to Fuoco Matto couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

It was very clean in the hotel. View from our room was nice! We would stay here again if we go to Florence.
