Absolutely lovely and good staff, they were ready to help. Overall it was incredibly comfortable, with a private bathroom. Marvellous and easy location, a tram station was walk from our hotel. The property was set in a good area.

The place was clean, I booked the quadruple room with garden views, everything was nice. The staff were ready to help and always smiling. The breakfast was great and the staff was super-friendly and extremely polite. The hotel met needs well, I would stay here again.

This was a perfect location adjacent to the trams, a decent supermarket and a children's play park.

I liked staying in this pleasant and nice little place. The room was new-fashioned and spotless, had an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a TV set. The decent and easy location nearby an underground station was just what I needed. There was a pleasant restaurant at a walking distance from the hotel. No complains at all, the venue met required needs.

A good choice of outstanding coffee and eggs, I enjoyed it. The personnel were efficient and best and made me feel welcome.

The hotel is definitely recommended to friends. It's best base for sightseeing and exploring Florence. The staff in general is smart.

The breakfast was marvellous with cheese and juice, as for instance, no complaints whatsoever. The hotel staff were ready to help. In front of a tram station, the location was decent and comfortable, near tram station to center.

Location - marvellous, near public transport, which makes reaching the city very quick and the TRAMWAY T2 that connects directly to the airport in 10/15 minutes. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Piazza Torquato Tasso.

The breakfast is plentiful especially for the value, had delicious food. The staff is courteous and kind, as well as owner. The location is unbeatable, 3 km from La Cite. And it's next to Florence, and airport.

The room was bright and cosy with air conditioner and fridge, had everything we wanted. An electric kettle and refrigerators were a plus. The hotel was located in the centre of Florence.

The room itself was fantastic and new-fashioned. We had a comfortable bed, shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was nice. Accommodating and top-class staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. The restaurant was nice and served delicious food. Liked this brand-new hotel, 100% recommend.

the place was fairly clean and we loved double room. location: the hotel was really close to the city center and taxis. a cool bonus was c house coffee shop, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The location in the centre of the town was magnificent. All the staff were ready to help to make my stay really really nice. The breakfast had lots of options: cereal, eggs, toast and jam.
