Our room was nicely decorated with King bed, a wonderfull plus sparkling clean new bathrooms. Overall the service was very good. The facilities were ultra modern and easy to use.

The queen room is updated and elegant. You can have breads, cereals, pastries, and scrambled eggs for breakfast.

It was a really really nice stay on our second visit. We had the triple room which was good-sized and attractive. The entire staff were extremely accommodating.

The location was very central, just next door to Bologna main railway station, the church of Santa Maria Novella and the shopping center, and there were a church and a tower walking distance to the venue. Besides, this hotel was located 2 km away from Edinburgh Castle.

The location was incredible - really close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, an ancient palace with renovated rooms with sparkling clean new bathrooms and the historic center of Florence.

The staff is amicable here, the services are excellent, and location is amazing next to Duomo and many restaurants. Make sure you stay in the guest room with good size bathroom. The restaurant attached makes savoury food. Nicely decorated place for walking around, would recommend.

This was my very nice stay on our second visit. Everything was good, I appreciated my stay. I got a reasonably large and updated room and the staff were super-friendly. I had breakfast in the courtyard and everything was great. The hotel had a very central location close to both train & bus station.

Very central location - walking distance to a church and a tower. Very easy to get from Peretola airport, just 10 km. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the triple room, plus a safe box, a minibar, and central heating.

It had all needed for walking around in Florence. The breakfast was varied, had a lot of options. The position of the hotel was excellent, in the centre next to bell tower.

It was a wonderful small place, had amiable staff at the reception desk anazing service. Loved a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning, and a personal safe in the room.

The hotel was in a magnificent location just off the shopping area's to the market and the duomo and all the galleries, the historical and the shopping center and buses coming from the train station. Also, we saw a Renaissance palace, based at a moderate distance from the venue.

Quaint and romantic venue, stunning location just next door to near the historic heart of Florence, supermarkets, and also named Santa Maria Novella, truly enjoyed our stay. The quadruple room was updated with king bed and the location was marvellous. A minibar, central heating and a work desk were available here.
