The suite was beautiful with a private safe, central heating and iron/ironing board. The rate was £ 145. The staff from start to finish were amiable.

There were coffee/tea making facilities, a multi-channel television and a seating area in the room, enjoyed that. This was a great and excellent location very close to the attractions and the main tourist areas. I had some drinks at Enoteca Vigna Nuova, positioned 100 metres away...

we didn't want to leave, can't recommend highly enough. we truly enjoyed staying here, the place met the criteria. the hotel had indeed a great and magnificent location in the middle of the city.

I would say it's great place for staying and exploring Florence. The staff are superfriendly and amicable and offer laundry and ironing free of charge. The location is marvellous and excellent, just a short walk away from a l-shaped square. And it's right by the attractions of Florence. This is a hotel go-to for Florence!
