We were there for 5 days, everything was perfect, loved its perfect and convenient location really close to Florence, the centre of the old city next to many wine bars and restaurants, and cool bars. The staff was professional and extremely helpful and the host too.

The venue is beautiful and modern, its location is excellent, just off cool bars, and start up cafes and boutiques nestled in amongst high end established restaurants. A special thanks to excellent and affable staff.

That's an impressive and beautiful place when visiting Florence for exploring the city. Close enough to the train station, you can easily travel around Florence.

Fantastic, reasonably clean venue with amazing location short walk to high end established restaurants, a castle and start up cafes and boutiques nestled in amongst high end established restaurants. Had double room with a ceiling-felt like a princess, the bathroom, as example. Comfortable design.

We had a really nice stay in a long time. Stayed here for exploring the city, everything was brand-new, we loved unbeatable location in a palace with a view on Arno.

The place was impeccably clean with a welcoming staff. The room was reasonably spacious and unique and provided with original paintings, a lively bar and very comfortable bed.

Nice place to stay in Florence, if compared to other hotels. My son and I loved being there. Close to a sanctuary and a palace, overall the location was perfect and best possible. The property was set in a particularly great area. Suite with a huge bed was the best. The room had a mini-bar, central heating, and a TV set. The staff was lively and excellent, everything was perfect.

Perfect and comfortable position in the really GREAT area, just next door to all the main sites and all main attractions.

Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. We went to Kawaii, located around 4-6 minutes walk the hotel, to have some dinner. We do recommend this property.
