Stylish hotel with a lovely design concept and an exceptional value. Lovely romantic and well-appointed room with diamond-paned windows and a lovely view plus renovated bathroom. Pleasant restaurant and delightful meal.

We only stayed here for 5 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was perfectly fine. The location was comfortable and top, just a short walk away from Manchester Arena. There was a magnificent restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.

Overall it was well-appointed, with a private bathroom. An electric kettle and refrigerators were provided. The location was excellant and perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from National Football Museum.

Neat, brand-new room provided with nice wardrobe, separate beds, for example. With an electric kettle and refrigerators. All in all top setting just next door to the Duomo and surrounding areas, Florence Cathedral, and the train station.

Everything is fine, really enjoyed my time here. There is lots of amazing food for breakfast. The standard double room is tastefully decorated with nice wardrobe and solid wood furniture. The location is central, just next door to old town, Florence Cathedral, Piazza della Signora, Palazzo Vecchio and very quiet in the center of Florence. The place to have lunch a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel is Bun and Slice.

It was in a magnificent location with a medieval cathedral nearby.

The venue was in a central location next to Duomo, and good restaurants and bars. The breakfasts were very good with cheese, meat, pastries. Highly professional staff, everything was perfectly fine.

The total stay was outstanding for a site seeing visit. Everything was fine during our stay though disappointing aspect was really small bathroom. We enjoyed the terrace. The location was perfect - just next door to the bars on the street as well as all the restaurants.

The location was wonderful and magnificent, not far from the city center of Florence, the Piazza Del Duomo, and Florence for the Wifi, greatly enjoyed this place. Standard queen room as on picture, had basic facilities we needed.

The breakfast was served in the terrace. The location was comfortable, close to so many great restaurants & pasticcerias too with easy access to supermarkets and shops. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in.

It was clean and the staff were very professional and highly professional, beds were comfortable. The location turned out to be comfortable and top, not far from supermarket, restaurants and bar, the Duomo and other attractions and the center of Florence. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Thanks very much for the stay here - would love to stay here again. It is a charming small and stylish hotel with spectacular view at sunset. The venue has an excellent and stunning location, close to Dante's House. 300 metres are distance to the restaurant.

Wonderful relaxing and clean hotel with spectacular view of the Duomo and out to the surrounding Tuscan hills. Gentle staff throughout. A good choice of options for breakfast in the terrace. Generally exceptional service with parking nearby. By the way, parking fee - gbp 23 per day.

Well, it was a really enjoyable stay for a business trip. Booked standard double room as on picture.

The employees were genuinely helpful and competent. We truly enjoyed the standard king room which was tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good with a huge variety of dishes.

This was a particularly good and excellent location very close to the center of the center of Florence and Florence Cathedral, Piazza della Signora, Palazzo Vecchio. The staff were super-friendly, a real pleasure to deal with.

No complaint, the venue exceeded all expectations. I appreciated how the hotel looked, stylish place. Stayed in newly decorated triple room with big bathroom. A personal safe, a kettle, and an air conditioning were available here too. The staff was very professional and competent all the time. The location was magnificent and absolutely incredible, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a l-shaped square. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

Excellent and amazing location in a quiet area, near a quite area, Florence Cathedral, Piazza della Signora, Palazzo Vecchio, and most attractions. A lot of delightful food at breakfast time.

make sure to get standard queen room with perfect bed, solid wood furniture plus tv. there is an electric kettle and refrigerators. this place is in the best possible location very close to the cathedral in the heart of florence.

Staff and food made the stay SPECIAL. Many thanks to receptionist! Appreciated terrace. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

Our room was very clean, the staff were helpful, convenient location. Sunny patio and the view from it was stunning:)))
