The hotel was charming small and impeccably clean. Super central location was a plus. And we were adjacent to a pleasant walk to the piazzale Michelangelo, bars and the Duomo and historical centre. In the restaurant they served Tuscan cuisine dishes.

This hotel had a super central position to the local attractions. The room was impeccably clean and we enjoyed a comfy bed.

Overall it was a really nice stay at night for the first time. We had a superior bedroom. The location was exceptionally nice: the main shopping centre and chemist's were within walking distance.

Make sure you stay in the suite with awsome ceiling. There is an electric kettle and glassware. The location is excellent and beautiful, in a royal palace.

The hotel is on a great and stunning location just next door to a gallery, Ponte Vecchio and other attractions, restaurants, Gelato places and Florence has to offer. The breakfast choices are excellent with cheese and more fresh vegetables. The staff is lovely.

Overall had wonderful stay at night for the first time. The location was super central, fantastic in a Medieval museum. Moreover, it was near to Florence by fast train as well as many main attractions in the central area of town.

The hotel was intimate thanks to its superfriendly staff. The room we had was unique and huge, came with beautiful paintings on walls, beautiful decor, large bathroom. This accommodation was in the super central location so close to everything.

No complaints, the hotel is upscale and absolutely gorgeous and I would love to come back here some time, really enjoyed it. All is exceptional, I had a nice trip. The staff are exceptional, managed the parking nearby. There is a wide array of incredible food for breakfast.

Chemist's and expensive shops were right next door. Wake-up service, available in my suite, was a nice bonus. I appreciated that they had a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe.

The location in a fascinating area was quiet and best possible and there were the main shopping centre and chemist's nearby. Overall it was a nice size, with a private bathroom. The staff was highly professional, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

I ate at a pleasant restaurant with a gluten-free breakfast. The bed was really big and there were an electric kettle and glassware. The location was excellent, at a medium distance from a Brancacci chapel.

Beautiful and upscale place if you stay for shopping. It has great and fantastic location to see a Renaissance palace. There's a wide range of restaurants and very good restaurants in the vicinity.

The venue's position was central. It was a tourist area, an ideal base for me.

Stunning and exceptional rooms and a mini bar, central heating and an iron included. Its location not too far from a rambling fort was marvellous and top. It took us 15 minutes to drive to this quiet and unique accommodation from the airport
