The location was marvellous and convenient with lots of cafes and restaurants right at the doorstep. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Palmerston Place bus stop.

Great and beautiful location close enough to the centre made it easy to get to key attractions. Moreover, its near to Il Duomo and all the attractions.

The location was unbeatable and nice, away from the major tourist area and the interior design was nice. Had tea and goodies at Bake & Cake, nestled 1 km of the hotel. The breakfast was complimentary with a huge variety of delicious pastries and fruit.

The staff was nice, the breakfast was bountiful, everything was great. The beds were exceptionally comfortable here, and the rooms were elegant. It was in a marvellous location near restaurants and cafes. Just 5 minutes on foot to Edgware Road underground, was a big plus. Tbh, had a memorable stay for a vacation.

Overall a fantastic stay for a vacation. Small hotel with very nice and polite staff.

Its location was excellent, in the centre of Florence, and in a residential area. Furthermore, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an art museum.

The rooms are fantastic and fairly quiet here with a private balcony with seating, a nice bathroom, for example. Excellent service, the breakfast was delightful and they have private parking if needed.

Absolutely spotless and fairly quiet room with exceptionally comfortable beds. A huge variety of food available in the garden.

We stayed in an a nice size and luxurious room in classical style. The location was ideal to the centre of town with a 5 year old child. What's more, there was an art museum not too far away from the hotel.

We booked double room with a lovely view and really enjoyed it. The staff were all really kind and personable. The location was marvellous - just next door to the Florence central train station, a walk able distance to the train station and so many great cafes. Cafe Caffe Lietta located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The location is perfect and stunning, still close enough to walk to the major area. Moreover, it is near to excellent local restaurants, € 10 taxi to the centre and the center of florence. Hotel's breakfast is delicious, includes pastries and fruit.

No reason to complain, the venue met requests, ca n't recommend highly enough it. The total stay was really nice for a vacation. I enjoyed the nicely furnished and brand-new room and 1 queen-size bed. The decor here was comfortable. The location was nice, to the major area, convenient to go everywhere. Had brunch in the Finnegan's Irish Pub, located nearby.

Its location was beautiful, so close to the centre of Florence. There where a minibar, a small balcony, and a coffeemaker in the room, enjoyed that.

Coffee and tea in the bar. Private parking was provided to the guests. Located within a walk to Fortezza da Basso, which is about 1000 metres away. We will certainly stay here again if visiting Florence.

Nothing it is perfect.

pleasant stay overall. it was easy to get to centro storico and national museum of archaeology was also not far from this place. fortezza da basso district won't disappoint you. il fresca senza glutine, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel.

If you want to eat nearby, try antica trattoria da tito, which is situated 600 ft away. We appreciated lorenzo il magnifico. Nice base for a vacation in Florence...
