It was spotless, staff was very helpful. The bedroom was unique and newly decorated. Central location was a plus. Had brunch in the The Cask Pub & Kitchen, located nearby.

The rooms are modern with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The interior is modern and design is contemporary. The hotel boasts central location in the Oltrarno neighbourhood.

No complains at all, the venue met required needs. I really enjoyed the place, it was spotless & the staff were attentive and efficient.

The location was fantastic and amazing: a bakery and supermarkets were within walking distance. We had a separate bedroom.

The room was fairly quiet and bright with beautiful views from the spacious terrace with a high standard of cleanliness, we stayed in all day.

The hotel's location was amazing, so close to the nearest laundromat and grocery stores, restaurants in town and Palazzo Pitti. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

Everything was modern here, and the views were particularly nice. That hotel was in a particularly good location, in the less tourist populated area. What's more, it was right by a nice quiet neigborhood in Oltrano within minute walks of restaurants supermarket and Duomo. The rooms were large and had essentials you needed. Got extremely comfy bed and a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. The staff was very helpful and attentive at all levels.

Enjoyed our room that was large. The private parking was nearby, friendly service.

Well-equipped units than on picture, we appreciated it. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone. The location seemed nice and ideal to the downtown center. Spent our evenings in nearby Il Santino enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

We stayed in the studio suite, it was modern and the bed was very comfy. They offered us brilliant meals, had a wide array of options to choose from.

It was a comfortable hotel in a lively area. The staff were attentive and patient, their services were excellent.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and amazing - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a medieval cathedral. The rooms where recently renovated and unique, had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the bathroom.

Thoroughly enjoyed Florence, the hotel was fantastic and absolutely great within walking distance of all major attractions. Thanks to the welcoming staff everything was wonderful, including a lot of excellent food. Its location not too far from a spandrel arch bridge was marvellous.

Suitable place for a 3-night stay. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We booked queen studio, it was a great value for money.

Street was noisy. That conditioner was a bit noisy. The bed was too soft here.

The hotel interior was modern. There was a great dining option, Cuculia only 300 feet from the venue❤
