Hotel Palazzo Ognissanti

We had a very very good and delicious breakfast with juices, cheeses, toast.

We had Wi-Fi, a balcony, and a kettle in the twin room.

Overall it was well-appointed and well-kept with a dubble bed.

My guest room was available with Wi-Fi and a kettle. A bidet in the functional bathroom was a plus. The atmosphere created was quiet. The location was strategic, for example, an indoor market hall was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It also was to all the main tourist areas in Florence.

The setting was quite nice within easy reach of a distinguished monument. There were a central market and a bakery around the hotel🙂

It has supportive and amazing employees from the reservation dept.

Cold breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

Marvellous amazing location, near to the river. Also - just next door to bus station, Ponte Vecchio to the south and the centre and main station. Welcoming, cool unit with shower working perfectly, and fantastic staff.

everything there was brand-new and the staff were supportive and amazing. the breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was freshly made. the location was super and pleasant for walking around a distinguished monument. further, it was right by the maso restaurant, the arno river, ponte vecchio, the central market, the train and bus stations, and the other sights of florence and the trains and heart of florence. thoroughly enjoyed this memorable stay for a family or friends vacation.

Their staff were horrible.

The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from Via de' Tornabuoni. I ate at a modest restaurant for those other meals.

Charming little and relaxing place, high quality food offered for American breakfast. Good bed and good and perfect location in the quiet area. Close to the Uffizi Gallery as well as historical sights. The hotel of choice in Florence.

The room was beautifully maintained, with a functional bathroom. Everything was very good and the staff were superfriendly.

It was reasonably clean, the staff was accommodating and outstandingly accommodating, plus the service was very good. Above average and lovely breakfasts with pastries and juices, for example, everyone could try something new. My stay was very nice here.

Perfect, magnificent location next to train stations and bus stations, Tornabuoni and Arno and Santa Maria Novella. Neat, modern units provided with a balcony as well as shower.
