The units are reasonably spacious with aircon. The location is great and stunning, relatively near a l-shaped square.

The location is particularly good, so close to city center, many attractions and good restaurants, and the main railway station - could n't be better. The stuff is affable and welcoming.

It was lovely place for travelling to Florence, I was glad to stay there. The staff was exceptionally nice, and the service was helpful. Had very central location in city center.

Location: the hotel was close to many attractions, the centre of Florence and Firenze. Besides, a free-standing campanile was easily accessible. I asked for a comfort triple room and the one given was big and huge. It had a bathtub in the clean bathroom.

There was a a bit hard bed.

the property was perfect and absolutely great and we had a such wonderful stay. the personnel were affable and pleasant and gave us loads of advice. the location was fantastic, close to a cathedral-flanked square. moreover, it was right by many nice restaurants and many attractions and good restaurants.

The service offered was helpful. The staff was very obliging, the bathroom was clean. It had marvellous location with access to an art museum nearby...

Very lovely experience there. Breakfast with cappuccino and individual coffees. Location next to city center, the main railway station and a more authentic Florence. Also, from all the other main attractions

We were in the superior room with a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning and an individual safe.

All in all, it was useful base for travelling to Florence. The staff was pleasant and excellent co-operating, helped a lot. The location was amazing and magnificent for walking around a medieval cathedral. I had lovely days staying at this great downtown hotel.

Well, the bathroom was very small and Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Breakfast was great, comfy bed. Just walking distance from giotto's bell tower. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Il Nutino that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Room was good sized.
