The location was awesome and the staff members were very hospitable. The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a touristic area.

Living in the centre of the town gives a special feeling. Plus, the hotel is 3 km from an iconic riverside observation wheel.

Double room is stunning, has a huge bathroom. The location is stunning and awesome in an old palazzo.

The property was nice and we had a wonderful stay. The location was marvellous for Florence, short walk to the tourist area, the garden or bar in the evenings and a restricted pedestrian zone. In the evening we visited Bevo Vino it was nearby. Enjoyed the apartment, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The hotel staff are really helpful. Its location in an old palazzo is good and stunning. And it's nestled in a beautiful building so close to which are across the river as well as the centre.

The location was BEAUTIFUL, not too far from a medieval stone bridge. Besides, it was right by a restricted pedestrian zone and the cultural sites.

Overall the staff is friendly and hospitable. The location it offers is stunning, very close to the garden, Uffizi and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the deluxe studio with kitchenette. Everyone was very helpful and amiable. The location was great, for example, a prominent art museum was not very far from the hotel.
