Perfect stay on holidays. Perfect unit with good size bathroom. Extra care from the excellent and amiable staff. Close to the train station.

The location was excellent and amazing, close to the train station and easy to find. They gave us a standard twin room with double bed, bathroom, for example.

This location was marvellous, just off Santa Maria Novella train station and magnificent restaurant and cheap too. The staff were very kind and kind, thanks to them everything was great. The breakfast was satisfactory with real cappuccinos made on the spot, greatly enjoyed it.

The hotel was located just off Santa Maria Novella, the rail station which is very helpfull and Near center of the City. The facilities in the quadruple room were nice, beds were comfortable. Food was freshly made and I have nothing but good memories from this trip.

The property was stylish and hospitable with amiable staff. Very central location was a plus. There was a particularly good restaurant relatively near the hotel. I loved 2 nights in this property.

It is a beautifully kept and stylish property located in Florence Historic Centre district right by the duomo and the historical centre, and the main Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station. The hotel has a magnificent and amazing location to everything of interest in the city.

We liked the handy and ideal location to everything as well as the train station. It was surely a very good stay on holidays.

It is an exceptionally comfortable property located in Florence Historic Centre district just next door to Marcato Centrale market, all downtown sights and SMN railway station and bus stop to Firenze airport. The employees are all exceptionally nice. The hotel has a very central location to conference center where 5 days of meeting were held. The restaurant serves freshly cooked Tuscan food.

The location is excellent and personnel is diligent. A quadruple room with a view has basic facilities you need.

We booked twin room with cathedral view. The bed was comfortable and there were a safe, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment. It was in a magnificent and wonderful location close to a train station.

Excellent and incredible location to the main Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station made it easy to get to key attractions.

The breakfast itself was fairly basic, can be way much better.

The restaurant food is fresh, and the breakfast offered is satisfactory with croissants and the beverages. Everyone who works in the hotel is affable and diligent. The location is excellent, close to Piazzale Michelangelo, train station and town and main attraction like Duomo, we loved it.

Great location to main landmarks, good for visiting Florence. Also - close enough to near the duomo and subway or train👌👍

The location was marvellous and incredible and the staff were very nice. Again, the hotel was not too far from a pedestrianized square.

The place was clean, I booked the double room with courtyard views, everything was great. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, coffee/tea makers and a work desk.

Very comfortable building, particularly good location adjacent to the airport, main attraction like Duomo and restaurants, and magnificent restaurant. Besides, excellent for visiting an indoor market hall. Amazing bed in quadruple room with a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV.

Stayed here for 1 night with my wife, had a very very good stay. This well-kept and stylish hotel had a central setting to all downtown sights.

Newly renovated units with balcony, double bed, as for instance, and the staff were amicable! The location was unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from a medieval cathedral.

The staff were all immensely pleasant and accommodating. The setting was fantastic, close enough to Lucca as well as the train station and all the main attractions of the city. Btw, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Medici Chapel.

All in all everything was excellent, had a really really nice stay on holidays. We asked for quadruple room and it was recently refurbished with view of duomo. The location was particularly good - ease of access to a 15th-century Dominican church.

I have just spent 2 days in standard king room with views of the Duomo as well as a generous bathroom, and loved it.

Overall it was a nice stay on holidays. The staff was kind, some of them especially. The location of the hotel was very central, close enough to main attraction like Duomo and restaurants, the main sights of Florence and Firenze. In the restaurant they served Tuscan cuisine dishes.

The breakfast was very good, we were provided with real cappuccinos, cheeses, fruit.

Very close to a train station, the location was good. Tornabuoni district was worth staying in. Free Wi-Fi was a pleasant addition❤
