Hotel Palazzuolo

The hotel's position was marvellous and perfect, just next door to the railway station and the magnificent Florence Cathedral. Also, a medieval cathedral was 2 km away. Guest room was with a balcony and climate control. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very courteous.

The location was excellent, for example, a spandrel segmental arch bridge was not too far away from the hotel. Plus, it was near to the city center and museums.

Although everything was perfectly fine, some of the staff were indifferent.

The staff were very helpful, magnificent and amazing location lucky to find free park nearby. What's more, it was short walk to the Boboli Gardens, all local attractions and sights, and Central train station.

The location was magnificent and stunning: the main shopping centre and shops were within walking distance.

Particularly good location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Everyone was supper friendly and incredibly nice as well as host.

It was about 10 km from the airport.

Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with a bathroom, own bath plus soap to be put in hall toilet; everyone is welcome here. The location turned out to be marvellous, near the central station and the magnificent Florence Cathedral.

Very nice stay, luxury and quirky place. The economy double room with a private bathroom, balcony, own bath. Speedy check-in, parking on-site. Good and magnificent location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a fortress palace🙂👍

The location was unbeatable - adjacent to Carrefour and Santa Maria Novella train Station as well as Florence, which is a beautiful city. There were large rooms with bath.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

All in all, it was amazing base for travelling to Florence. The staff was pleasant, welcoming, nothing too much trouble. The location turned out to be particularly good and excellent, right by railway station, a local restaurant, and the Boboli Gardens. Places like a l-shaped square were at a short distance from from here too.

Everything was simply perfect. The location was great, you can visit Piazza di Santa Maria Novella by walking.

The venue was in a very central location just off train station and city center. We had lunch in Antica Friggitoria Dell'albero, located nearby.

There was a wide array of food for breakfast, it was GREAT. The room was tidy and silent with balcony, we stayed in all day. The location for our purpose was marvellous and incredible, near the train station.

the location is brilliant, short walk to the main attractions, many shops restaurants and the town centre and sights. the staff are attentive and consistently courteous, and the host too.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, the stuff were accommodating! Besides, the area was safe, next to Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. I had twin room that also was complete with balcony and shared bathroom.

By and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun. The location was stunning and decent, very close to Florence as well as the centre of the town. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring. Loved my stay, had a perfect 10/10 experience.

The bathroom I had was very small.

The units were exceptionally clean and silent with shared bathroom. The location is marvellous, 1 km from an indoor market hall.

I loved staff's hospitality.

It is good value. Room had plenty of facilities, including a heating system, a work desk and an iron. The accommodation had a central location. Also, archaeological museum museo archeologico was max 15 minutes walk to...

we appreciated hotel's staff and location. the triple room we were given had lcd tv and a work desk. for breakfast property charges 3 eur per person per day. besides, parking was available onsite.
