Functional room, exceptionally comfortable beds and large bathroom. The location marvellous and incredible in a safe neighbourhood. Right by near La plaza, and restaurants and shops.

The location was great and unbeatable, at a short distance from a medieval cathedral. A market and chemist's were right next door. It was functional, neat and with great view.

The breakfast was above average to on the roof top, with variety of food. Its location was very central, a minute walk from Gallery of the Academy.

The location marvellous and stunning right next to the gallery with Michelangelo's David. Compact and neat rooms with functional bathrooms. Amiable staff, fairly nice stay.

It was in a great location with an art museum nearby🙂

As for me, the area was horrible.

Overall it was spotless and compact with private bathroom close to the center of florence. The staff was absolutely kind and pleasant, helped me a lot.

Well-kept and spotless units with a big new bathroom. Very pleasant, accommodating staff towards all guests. Excellent service everywhere. Very central location, not very far from a medieval cathedral. Walking distance to a market and chemist's across the street.

The total stay was wonderful for our 2 nights. We had the triple room, it was modern and spotless. The staff were amicable yet not intrusive. Appreciated the great restaurant. The place was reasonably priced.

It had very central location close to Cloister of the Scalzo. It was in a very quiet area, walk from a train station. The staff was accommodating, supper friendly, and responded promptly to requests.

This hotel offers particularly good and incredible location near a great restaurant that was affordable and quite good, bus connection for everywhere, shops and very secure zone and the square.

Everything was perfectly fine, so were fantastic views over the town. Location: the hotel was near to the central area, the museum, near La plaza and Ponte veckio and all the important places. It also was close to the train station.

Great connection to pitti palace, it' s 1 mile away. Trattoria Calandrino, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Perfect location, easy to get anywhere. Honestly no complaints whatsoever...
