The room with private bathroom. It was extremely spacious and pleasant to come back to.

Great central hotel with an excellent service. Magnificent location close to monument. Near the train station, the Basilica and the Florence Market, the center and the main station, and Florence.

Overall it was big with shared bathroom.

It has fantastic and excellent location very close to main train station.

The location was perfect - close enough to the big church and lot of restaurants in there also supermarketthe staff was helping fullcleanest, Santa Maria del Fiore and the train station and the city centre. It also was so close to the center.

Everything was nice, including great staff and amazing location in the center. The room was impeccably clean with private bathroom. My wife appreciated the bed, it was big and we slept like in a cloud.

Enjoyed every minute of being there, would recommend. Bright and good units with the lower bed, private bathroom, as for instance, and the staff were wonderful.

The venue is quiet, fairly clean and the location is great really close to the centre of Florence and excellent restaurants, cafeterias, and landmarks like the Duomo. The staff in general is very good! It's bright with comfortable beds and good views. Thank you for a great stay.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. In our dormitory room there was a nice view of city.

Booked a room with full size lockers to fit all belongings.

Some people working there were not welcoming at all.

The location was great because it was close to the railway station, as well as the city centre, the big church and lot of restaurants in there, and the center and the Duomo.

Was a convenient base for weekend. The unit we got was bright with single bed, bedroom, as for instance. All the staff was lovely and great and greeted us warmly.

Tidy room, quiet ambiance. The good view of sea. Central location near the city centre. And really close to train station as well as the center of Florence...

I booked it many times and recommend. I was given impeccably clean and bright room with the AC, bedroom and full size lockers.

Everything is nice, I truly enjoyed it. The hotel staff is VERY GOOD and polite. The location is wonderful and perfect, near to everything. Every time in Florence, I choose this place.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Centro Storico.

The venue was set in the central position short walk to both SMN train station, and Florence. It was near Ristorante le Fonticine, where you can have dinner😀

The staff we met were not very friendly.
