Overall had brilliant stay for a night. The beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size. The breakfast was generous with scrambled eggs and fruit, for instance, and the restaurant's offer was delightful.

It was in the very central location right in the centre of town. Appreciated our exceptionally comfortable and breathtaking rooms with a balcony and the staff were wonderful.

Everything was modern, so were spectacular views of the skyline outside of our 3rd story window. The staff helped with everything.

Appreciated the really great decor! The location was prime right in the heart of Florence. Florence Historic Centre district was definitely worth visiting.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the railway station and the Duomo, and key landmarks such as the Duomo, Basilica, museums. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were not particularly welcoming. Had good sleep at the suite with espresso machine, bath and tea.

My room had pretty bad view.

We stayed here for 2 nights and liked the place. Our double room had Netflix and luggage storage. The breakfast was rich by offering scrambled eggs, great food. This good old and reasonably priced hotel had central setting right in the centre. Moreover, it was really close to including high-end ones as well as the main square and the Duomo.

Variety of excellent food for meals. The rooms with a view on center of Florence as well as a fantastic painted ceiling. Excellent and particularly good location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Again, not far from a medieval cathedral.

This was a fabulous stay for Florence visit. The location was unbeatable and stunning, and we could reach a distinguished monument by walking. The hotel was set in a lovely area. Public parking nearby provided. Marvellous and particularly good location in the city centre and easy access to shopping streets and a central market. Plus, walking distance to a Renaissance palace.

I was given classically decorated and good sized room with espresso and bath. They provided a good choice of EXCELLENT choices for breakfast that was included. Its location at a walking distance from a l-shaped square was incredible and amazing.

The rooms were carpeted and vintage, had a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet in the bathroom. Extensive and perfect breakfasts by offering scrambled eggs, loved it. The location was excellent and good, close to a 15th-century Dominican church.

Really noisy area.

We had 5 wonderful days here, would definitely recommend the place. The breakfast was rich and generous by offering scrambled eggs. The property was right in the heart of the city. Also, a 15th-century Dominican church was easy to reach.

The location was perfect and incredible for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel. You could walk to a shopping street and a market.

It's great place for sightseeing and exploring Florence. It has a perfect and top location not far from Santa Maria del Fiore, train station and Duomo.

We thoroughly enjoyed the nice view. Stuff was courteous, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to downtown. The location was excellant, with restaurante il latini nearby, where we could eat.
