The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was savoury. The location was central, beautiful good to access to major sightseeing spots. Plus, it was really close to all the museums and tourist attractions, the Uffuzi and the bustling city center.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean with very comfortable bed. The restaurant was PLEASANT for dinner, it had excellent dishes.

The hotel was in a central setting in the heart of the city.

Excellent location in a palace was a plus.

The room itself was well-designed and with very comfortable bed, a standalone bath and wi-fi. An electric kettle, a dishwasher, and refrigerators were available too. The location turned out to be excellent and beautiful.

The location of the hotel in Florence is perfect, near to major sightseeing spots, the city centre and all main attractions. Florence Historic Centre district is worth your attention. The restaurant serves savoury local food.

Good location, fairly quiet area.

The restaurant here was pleasant which were very good value and excellent local cuisine, we both ordered excellent dishes. It had central location close to a medieval cathedral. The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a quiet area: D

The location of the hotel was beautiful and incredible - within walking distance of a cathedral-flanked square. The room was immaculately clean and nice styled with very comfortable bed, I felt comfortable there.

The restaurant was nice which were very good value and excellent local cuisine, I tried tasty dishes. It was huge and easy to move around, private bathroom.

everyone was really helpful as well as owner. thoroughly enjoyed the way our large double room with very comfortable bed was. there were an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a fridge too.

The staff was very efficient and we would like to go back there again. The hotel was located short walk to the historic city centre as well as main square. The food was savoury and the bar was lovely. The property had an excellent and perfect location next to a medieval cathedral. It also was in the center of Florence.

The double room was spotless and huge with very comfortable bed, so that guests had essentials. The location was central, really close to the bustling city center, the centre of town, and the Uffuzi.

We were there for 3 days, everything was perfect, loved its good and amazing location very close to a nearby restaurant and the city centre...

The hotel had a central location, close to a museum and a palace. Peretola airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car. The rooms were stylish and exquisite with a standalone bath, complimentary pastries, very comfortable bed.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was uncomfortable.
