Simple and exceptionally friendly hotel in a marvellous position close to all the attractions. Warm room with fresh towels, the bathroom and a nice park view for £ 54.

Large bedroom. Marvellous and incredible location and particularly nice breakfast with Freshly baked bread, cakes and fresh ground espresso s.

Had a really really nice stay during one night, glad I've chosen it. The location turned out to be particularly good and unbeatable, near all important places in Florence, the main train station and tourist sights such as the academy gallery and the tourist spots and restaurants.

Quiet and absolutely fantastic room - bed was exceptionally comfortable. Marvellous and amazing location close to a bus station, that was handy. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were courteous.

At the restaurant, the breakfast was adequate with Freshly baked bread. The staff team was courteous and very polite. The location was great in breakfast area, close to the train station. We had early meal in Il Cantone del Guelfo, based nearby.

Walk from a train station, everything was brand-new for us.

The venue's position was central.

They gave us a single room with 3 beds. The location was marvellous and super, not too far from an art museum. We also went to city centre, located not too far away from the hotel.

I really enjoyed the room, it was absolutely fantastic and with comfortable beds, very good bathroom, as for instance. Guest toiletries, a shower cap, and bath sheets were very handy.

The property was clean and CHARMING. The breakfast was adequate with many sweets, and the staff was supportive.

Tbh Wi-Fi connection was slow, and the bed was dirty.

The whole hotel was fairly clean. I had a standard twin room included with a nice park view, comfortable beds and the room's window. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet was a bonus. The staff was courteous, provided a smooth check-in and an easy check-out.

Breakfast was rather poor, can definitely be improved.

Amazing and cosy units with high ceiling. Marvellous, stunning location just next door to restaurants, markets, and the sShop Galery under the Santa Maria Navone train station and both close to the SM Firenze station.

The breakfast was adequate with fruit and delicious cappuccino and good options, and the restaurant was pleasant. The location was incredible and stunning, close to a bus stop.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were huge and quiet with nice air conditioning, everything was great. The hotel had indeed a marvellous location very close to the town centre.

Everything was simply brand-new. It was clean, everyone was nice. Our room itself was tidy and absolutely fantastic for value. The hotel had incredible, magnificent location, we were walk from the train station.

We had the triple room which was quiet and cheap. All the staff were courteous, the breakfast was particularly nice with freshly baked goods and cakes and yogurt.

The standard king room was fantastic, included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet. The venue was in a central location right by tourist sights such as the academy gallery and bus stands restaurants. There was La Cocotte Restaurant metres from the hotel.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, not far from the main landmarks accessible walking. Moreover, there was a lake within 10 mins walk from the hotel🙂🙂

Great location, a train station was close to our hotel. Had good sleep at the triple room. We were there for 4 nights, overall had an excellent stay.

I booked heated twin/double room here with the room's window, a very comfortable king size bed and the balcony. Its location was central, a walking distance from Via Faenza. By the way, a river and a park were close to the place.

A twin/double room with high ceiling has basic facilities you need. Close to a bus stop, that's great location for me. There's Florentia Cafe a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

We thoroughly enjoyed extremely spacious and cheap rooms with view over city. Central location was a plus.

The bed with hypoallergenic pillows was comfortable and the room itself was decent sized and heated. The location was magnificent, near a train station and easy to find. The folks working here were excellent.

We were in Florence for 2 days, had nice stay, the hotel was clean with incredible and practical location close to Academia. Location: the venue was near Italy, the train station.
