The setting was EXCEPTIONALLY NICE, so close to SMN train station as well as airport.

The location was great, in the Fortezza da Basso district and very close to a train station. The room of the hotel was beautiful and decent sized with sufficient space, a clean bathroom, as for instance. Friendly and great staff that liked their guests.

nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded all expectations, would be happy to recommend it. the staff were amazingly nice, and the room was a decent size with a clean bathroom.

Everything was excellent and met standards. I spend 3 nights in Florence lovely. The room was decent size and perfect with my window open, and I loved it. There were central heating and a TV provided. The staff was affable, no complains at all. The location was stunning, near the main attractions too, the airport and SMN train station.

We found everything good, we would recomand it to everyone. We appreciated stuff and rooms. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like il pane del mattino that was only 5 minutes' walk away...
