Spotless place & outstandingly accommodating staff from check-in to house-keeping to waiters. Good sized room, big bathroom. The view from the window to city.

Had cheap deluxe room with drinks, larger windows, for example. The breakfast offered was marvellous with wide assortment of food.

We had a reasonably large and light filled room with a bidet. The breakfast was amazing and varied with the absolutely delicious croissant, wide assortment of food, an excellent cappuccino and attention to detail. The location was very central and near to a cathedral and a palace.

Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Florence. The property was located close to the train station. There were varied breakfasts with fresh pastries and the location was stunning and good.

The room was good-sized with private bathroom and the view was magnificent. The service was terrific with a quick check-in. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

The venue was in a very central location just next door to Siena in less than 1 hour by train from Florence, and retail shops, restaurants and bars. Florence Historic Centre district was definitely worth visiting.

I loved to be close to a train station. The room was light filled and with a mini fridge bar, air conditioner and a personal safe at your disposal, magnificent view.

Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from a medieval stone bridge. And it's based in a cozy area not far from multiple major sites, most major sights and retail shops, restaurants and bars.

Had very central location away from the main shopping streets. The room was spotlessly clean and huge with great views, very comfortable bed, as for instance, just what was needed. The service was fantastic, no reason to complain. The hotel met every demand, I would stay here again.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice and the place was spotless. My room included a private safe, a mini-bar and a sofa bed. The breakfast was amazing and rich and were included in my reasonable rate. The location was great, within easy walking distance of a medieval cathedral. It was located in a very very nice area so close to Ponte Vecchio and museums as well as markets in Florence.

The whole experience was nice, nothing too much trouble, would recomand. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nonetheless everything was great. The room was airy, had an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and air conditioning. The staff was welcoming, accommodating, and responded promptly to requests.
