Everything was simply perfect. All in all, spent my time lovely here. The location was marvellous and particularly good for me, in proper cafes. Moreover, it was so close to all the main attractions, very close to main train station and Florence. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was kind during all this time.

The staff were all AMAZINGLY NICE, very friendly. The room was newly decorated and bright with courtyard views. The bathroom had a bidet, which was great. Had a really nice stay here.

I had the twin room which was amazingly comfortable and bright with a balcony. A microwave, an electric kettle and fridges were available. The location was cosy, close to the main attractions...

the hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a central area, really close to the centre of florence, the unbelievable central market, and all the main attractions. my double room was newly decorated, reasonably spacious. all the staff was really helpful, fixed my issues. it was in a marvellous and good location with church of santa maria novella nearby.
