The staff was amazingly attentive plus the location was unbeatable. Overall it was nicely furnished with nice bathroom.

It's well laid out with decent size bathrooms.

Nicely furnished & functional unit with beautiful bathroom, a Bialetti coffee machine and books. Fab food including scrambled eggs and bangers at the breakfast.

The location in a cozy area was magnificent and unbeatable and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. Attentive staff, everything was perfect.

Had guest room with a very comfy bed and wake-up service was available in it. This accommodation was in the very central location in the next refurbishment.

Spent our time lovely in this gorgeous hotel. We truly enjoyed the queen room which was well-organised with beautiful bathroom complete with products. The food was brilliant and the location was fantastic. The service was great throughout our stay.

The venue was set in the very central position not far from the Pitti Palace or Uffizi Gallery pr restaurants or shops, and the centre of Florence. The staff was nice, I will never forget them. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast: scrambled eggs and bangers were all great!

That was comfortable hotel set in very quiet area, so close to Florence for two days, The Accademia, the Uffizi, and the Conad supermarket. The breakfast at a restaurant was tasty with scrambled eggs and bangers.

Pretty area, incredible location, close to the wine bar/restaurant, all main attractions in Florence, and the historical centre near to all sightseeings. Again, not far from an art museum.

Possibly the best and thoroughly enjoyable stay for 7 nights. Tastefully decorated and updated unit with a view, patient staff. The restaurant was nice, for dinner.

Excellent position in the safe area, adjacent to museums, cathedral and monuments, the restaurants and attractions of Florence and the Oltrarno, very close to the south side of the Ponte Vecchio. Stayed in a well laid out and good-sized room with a fairly clean bathroom.

The venue was in a very central location near to both the cathedral and Uffizi Gallery, the Conad supermarket and the centre of Firenze. The staff were courteous at all times, the rooms was big. Scrambled eggs and bangers provided for breakfast was excellent.

The restaurant was lovely apart from the view over Florence here, I had wonderful dishes. Everything was fantastic, nonetheless a few employees were extremely rude. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, at a moderate distance from a 15th - century Dominican church.

The location was incredible and brilliant, for example, Full Up was within walking distance of the hotel. Our junior suite included a personal safe, climate control and a minibar. We were there for 1 night, overall had a nice stay.

i booked a comfort queen room for 5 nights and had a perfectly pleasant stay. it had things i needed, including a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating. the location was stunning, relatively close to full up.
