Immaculately clean and exquisite hotel, best staff and good beds. Delicious breakfast and outstanding food selection. Lovely location - just off bus stops and attractions, the Ponte Vecchio, and all the monuments, Resturants, shops. Besides, easy to get to The Cavern Club.

Came here for a wedding celebration, recommendable. The breakfast was rich with great Arno views, and all the food was good. The location in a very pleasant area was perfect and there were a main shopping street and a shopping street nearby. Local fast food option Barton Rouge was 10 minutes walk away.

We didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely book again. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with a huge variety of incredible food.

Wonderful and lovely location, it was just next door to all the main monuments, away from the crowds, and Arno River. I had outstanding food for breakfast with great Arno views.

The venue was in a central location very close to Trattorias and Bistros and other venues, Piazzale Michelangelo, close to Uffizi Gallery and lovely local restaurants. The atmosphere created was quiet. Premium room we stayed at was air conditioned with balcony and amazing views.

Decent location to all the important attractions, in the very pleasant area. Not very far from a minor basilica. Top-class staff, air-conditioned, decent sized room with gorgeous view and good bed plus balcony.

Spent here 3 peaceful days and can't wait to come back. We were in a great and lovely location not too far from a l-shaped square. Besides, it was near to cafes, all tourist locations, and museums on the other side of the river.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The setting was quite great within easy reach of a neo-gothic Franciscan church.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was a decent size and newly remodelled with great view of Santa Croce and a balcony plus a big window. The stuff where best and amiable as well, will be back.

Marvellous selection on breakfast items. Extremely comfy beds for a good night sleep. Unbeatable and stunning location right next to Il Lounge. An exquisite and chic hotel, my first choice in Florence.

The premium king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was airy and practical with excellent beds. The pool was nice and I had cool drinks in the roof top bar.

Delicious breakfast with cheeses, cakes and salami. Unbeatable location in city center, and 15 minute walk from Rooms...

The hotel met standards, I would stay here again. The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast and dinner, I tried hot dishes. The service was absolutely friendly! Lucky me, got wake up service free of charge too.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Florence. View was lovely, breakfast was marvellous, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Silent deluxe queen room was spotless. The location was marvellous for walking around a prominent art museum. The hotel itself was in a beautiful area, so close to galleries, Florence and the centre. The rooftop restaurant and rooftop bar were also available.

It required a 5-minute walk to reach piazzale michelangelo. The breakfast is great. We can recommend once again. It was a good home base for honeymoon
