Helpful staff and incredible location wonderful in consideration that it looks over the main bridge, everything was very good. Economy double room I stayed at was recently renovated in the pictures on bookings. A coffeemaker, fridges, and glassware were a nice touch.

The venue was beautiful and bright, I thoroughly enjoyed the location very close to the next bridge at Rivalta, the arches, and all major tourist attractions, and inner courtyard views. Coffee & tea making facilities, fridges, and glassware in my queen room were a very thoughtful addition. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus.

Very central location right by Mercato Centrale and the main sights of Florence, it was in a lovely area. A cool bonus was Sun Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The property has the best possible location, short walk to Mercato Centrale, all the other main attractions and beautiful Florence. Florence Historic Centre district is absolutely worth visiting.

The location is great and awesome, a 10-15 minute walk from a l-shaped square. It's also short walk to the main attractions in Florence, the waterfront adjacent to Ponte Vecchio and the main sights of Florence.

Had 2 days in Florence, spending my time here lovely. I asked for economy double room with a great view, balcony, for example and they kindly provided it. Wonderful and adorable staff who were always there to help. This accommodation was in the very central location close to everything in beautiful Florence.

The location was stunning and incredible, not too far away from a fortress palace. It was about 15 km from the airport.

We had an iron, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk in the double room. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were very comfy.

The room was terrific, and light, with a refrigerator, air conditioner and a personal safe. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a child.
