It was spotless, neat and with comfortable beds. The staff were excellent, absolutely perfect and incredible location in Zone Traffic area.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about our such great 2 nights stay here. The staff were kind! The standard king room was fantastic, exceptionally comfortable bed. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware were a huge plus;))

My room was well decorated and new-fashioned thanks to the helpful staff. Central location was a plus. The hotel was a great place for enjoying a very nice area. It was a really really nice experience.

All in all magnificent setting next to the center of Firenze, the Duomo and the centre of the city, and all the major attractions, restaurants and shopping. Also, in a great location in easy walking distance to all the main tourist sites.

Everything there were modern, including elegant facilities. The location was excellent and stunning, with Il Barretto nearby, where we could eat.

Neat building and rooms with luxurious decoration. Wonderful location near the historic district and accommodating staff. And very close to the main attractions, a shop in front of the b and train station.

Exceptional service, even though a few employees were impolite. The property's location was absolutely perfect, in the centre. I found Move On offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Its location not too far from a cathedral-flanked square was great.

Beds were very small.

Planned to see Florence major attractions and it was superb base for visiting all of them. The room was beautifully decorated and modern, offered useful things, such as an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, not annoying.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and we could park nearby. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, right in the city center near Piazza del duomo, convenient to go everywhere.

Really nice overall experience. Well decorated and new-fashioned room, everything was modern. Location not far from all major attractions, the city centre and the duomo and bell tower. Excellent service from the very very nice, excellent staff members.

Beautiful and fantastic units with comfortable beds, double windows and a bathroom. Stunning location in a lovely area not far from the center of Firenze, the Uffizi Gallery and major sights.
