Everything was amazing, had a really nice stay on vacation. We had the double room which was well-maintained with a view. Everybody was friendly attentive and best.

Sincerely, it was a very special stay on vacation. The staff was attentive and thoughtful, the breakfast offered was sensational with a wide range of food. The hotel had a central setting next to the river. Also, we were 4 km from Staines Moor Country Park.

Its location was good on the Arno River. The breakfast was excellent with yogurts, chocolate cake plus Swiss cheese, we greatly enjoyed everything. The staff was excellent friendly, incredibly nice, and responded promptly to requests.

It was fairly clean, everyone was courteous. Central location of this authentic hotel was a bonus. The property was set in a historic area.

All in all everything was amazing, had a very nice stay on vacation. My room was beautifully maintained and unique and had a private safe, air conditioner, and a mini-bar. The staff were excellent and thoughtful, they helped with parking.

The place was relaxing and restaurant was amazing! The breakfast was excellent with hams and fresh fruit, as example, and had all you need.

Had excellent stay as 20 years ago on my first visit. The location was pleasant and super, not very far from a prominent art museum. The area was calm near the Boboli Gardens / Palace, and the Uffizi.

Double room was airy and a nice size had down pillows. The bed was comfortable and pillows too.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, delicious food, remarkable views. All the staff were really helpful giving some tips about the city. The room was a nice size and unique, there were a terrace and a balcony. A bath was reasonably large and everything was perfectly fine. The location was surprisingly quiet and the best, for example, Arno River was within a close distance from the hotel. Appreciated my stay.

The location was great and brilliant in a historic area, next to Uffizi Gallery, and the best restaurants. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast that was included.

Huge and luxurious units with balcony. Amazing location in a very very nice area adjacent to the treasures of the medieval centre of Florence as well as the center of Florenze. Besides, easy to get to a distinguished monument.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

My triple room was available with a mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and a personal safe. And there was a gorgeous view over garden.

We walked everywhere, the location was excellent, close to city center. What's more, it was short walk to the restaurant which is at the hallway next to the reception, the Ponte Vecchio, the treasures of the medieval centre of Florence, and the train station and the Uffizi, Duomo.

we had double room, and it was airy. the bed was comfy with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows.

would stay here again! all in all, i spend my time comfortably. i found nice bar pasticceria piccioli nearby with hot beverages.

Would be happy to recommend the place. Helpful team, fantastic position. To catch the bus go to Curtatone bus station, located within walking distance of the hotel. We loved sitting on a small terrace of our room with BEAUTIFUL views.
