Hotel Raffaello

Nice building and rooms with comfortable bed. A mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe available.

Outstandingly friendly and excellent staff all over the place. Booked a big size room with chocolate and sweets. A huge variety of outstanding food at breakfast time.

Beds were too firm.

The stay was quite comfortable and I would love to return. Everything there was good and the staff were pleasant. The location was marvellous and perfect and I could use free parking on-site. The service was nice, that made the hotel absolutely great place. Lucky me, got wake up calls free of charge too.

Everyone who works in the hotel is courteous and amazingly nice. It has great and ideal location, adjacent to the bus/tram system, the center of Florence and public transport into the historic centre.

The hotel's position was marvellous and comfortable, short walk to the tram / bus stations. The service was excellent as we had expected.

Everything was modern, including excellent staff and perfect location close to the city center.

It was good base for travelling to Florence, I was glad to stay there. The breakfast was marvelous with delicious coffee, and also the staff were all affable!

The bed was extremely hard, that's sad thing.

The breakfast is exceptionally good with plenty of things to eat and drink.

We booked a big size room with a comfortable bedding. The decor was great and the staff were outstandingly friendly and excellent.

no complaints, the hotel met requirements. the rooms were quiet with comfortable bed, the staff were pleasant. the breakfast was marvelous with delicious coffee, worth the price.

Perfect location with parking on-site❤

The location was nice, in the areas I mentioned above, in the peaceful area. The continental breakfast had a wide array of options for all tastes. Very helpful staff, offered me concierge service and wake up service.

The location was great and perfect, we were very close to a tram station. You could walk to a bakery and a supermarket.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Close to a bus stop, the location was convenient. There was a really nice restaurant, a bakery and a supermarket next door.

Spacious room and LOYAL staff. Furthermore, hotel had free parking.

The place was worth its 4 stars. We really enjoyed it, it was GOAT...

Flat-screen TV and television worked well and the bed was good. There was a bus stop close by. Staff was helpful and we liked our stay;)))
