Hotel Rapallo

We didn't want to leave and would consider staying here again, appreciated the hotel. The room was beautiful and really cozy and equipped with colour to, TV, air conditioning as described.

Particularly helpful staff and ideal location away from the historical centre, everything was perfect. The complimentary and delicious breakfast with fruit, option to order omelettes and cookies was served in the lounge area.

The room is recently refurbished with a very comfy bed and beautiful views. A bathroom is equipped with a bidet. The staff are competent and efficient and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Complimentary full breakfast with a good choice of fab meals to choose from.

Clean place with lovely view of the hills. The room tidy and gorgeous, bed lovely. Plenty of options, different food. Exceptional setting, near to the Duomo and train station, the center of sightseeing and the Academia and other museums. Plus, walking distance to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Had twin room with free wine and wake-up service was available in it. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent in a safe area, just next door to a superb restaurant Fuoco Matto, and 10 minutes to statue of David. Also, the place was a 10-15 minute walking distance from an art museum.

The rooms where top-notch and large with hypoallergenic pillows and marvellous views. The bed was very comfy, I slept like a baby. The location in a central area was good and incredible and there were the Farmer's market and a local market nearby.

Had such great stay with another visit to Florence, the staff were incredibly kind, location was fantastic so close to centre.

Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Top-notch and well furnished room with an extra bed was enjoyable. The vibe here was elegant. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. Its location was excellent, in the center of Florence, and in a safe area. Edinburgh Castle was also relatively close to the hotel.

Liked how lovely and absolutely charming the property was and its wonderful staff that provided great service. The rooms were gorgeous, tidy, came with wine and king-sized bed plus Sky TV. There was plenty of cafés and restaurants to choose from. The hotel met the needs, I would go back in flash.

We were there for 3 days, everything was excellent, enjoyed its good location so close to the Accademia, the train station and many restaurants, and service first class.

The hotel was situated in the central location to the Ponte Vecchio snd main historical sites.

The location was marvellous, at a short distance from a medieval cathedral. A central market and local markets were right next door. I enjoyed the room, it was neat and included with Sky TV.

There are recently refurbished rooms with luxury bathrooms. The cost is £ 62. The location is great and handy in a shopping area, next to a superb restaurant-Fuoco Matto as well as Easy to reach all landmarks. We would return there, if come to Florence.

It was clean place, staff were kind and personable, and I appreciated my immaculate room. The complimentary full breakfast included a good choice of meals. The location was brilliant and easy, for example, a medieval cathedral was within walking distance of the hotel.

It was a CLASSIC hotel. Florence Historic Center district was worth visiting.
