Fantastically friendly and amiable staff; friendly check in. Public parking nearby provided. Not to mention free wifi! Location just next door to Italy as well as many great attractions.

Our family room was lovely romantic and unique with lovely beds. The continental breakfast was delicious, thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were caring and reasonably good, gave us great tips.

Had great-sized and unique room with marble bathroom and a safe and large windows. The location was very central, adjacent to major sights and many great attractions.

Intimate and beautiful small accommodation with fantastic setting really close to the attractions in 10-15 minutes, all the museums and churches and the center of Florence. Large and plentiful breakfast to start the day with such as eggs cooked to order and lovely breads, for example.

I thoroughly enjoyed the private junior suite with extremely comfortable mattresses, a private balcony, roomy bathroom.

I must comment on its residential location - it was peaceful. The airport is 10 km away.

Obviously I really enjoyed the comfortable location to Firenze Novella train station. The staff was extremely helpful and patient, offered concierge service and wake up service free of charge. I had romantic and unique room with a terrace to the front, standard of fittings, the back garden.

The hotel is ideal and exceptionally clean, nestled in a really nice boutique building with lovely view onto the very nice garden of the main square. There was a good sized and unique room with a terrace to the front. The location was particularly good, so close to main sites like Duomo and Santa Croce and the private garden and easily accessible.

The location was convenient and easy for walking around Archaeological Museum Museo Archeologico. Moreover, it's just off a park in a quiet neighborhood-feeling area of Florence as well as the square. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of good food on offer.

Everything was simply perfect. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, coffee drinks, cappuccino, and the restaurant was particularly good. The staff were incredibly gracious and consistently courteous day and night. The location of the hotel was great - just a short stroll away from a cathedral-flanked square. The main shopping centre and a market were right next door.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location short walk to the attractions in 10-15 minutes, and a quiet square in a residential area.

The location was comfortable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Rooms. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

Was a brilliant place for trip. The place was perfectly clean and we loved private junior suite. We had a delicious and plentiful continental breakfast with wonderful cappuccino, the food was brilliant.

The hotel was PLEASANT and exceptionally clean, had pleasant views of the garden. The restaurant here was particularly good for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. A bath in the separate bathroom was a plus.
