Thank you for the perfect stay of my extended holiday overseas. It has best, efficient staff. The location is perfect, situated away from hustle and bustle. The outdoor restaurant is outdoor place to hang out, for lunch and dinner.

Had nice cosy and reasonably priced room for breakfast or snacks for a lovely stay for one night in mid February. Fresh breakfast selection with corn flakes, complementary coffee and vegetables or salad options, reasonably priced.

The location seemed super and brilliant next to an Irish pub in Via Pellicceria. The breakfast was freshly prepared as expected with corn flakes and vegetables or salad options. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and accommodating, as for 4-stars hotel.

Set walk from the train station, handy for getting about.

We asked for single room and it was nicely furnished with view over nuovo mercado. The employees were very friendly and best and offered terrific services.

The hotel had a great position, right by the "kitchen " area.

Amazing location not far from the market is by day, centre of Florence, and the Uffizi, the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio and really helpful staff. Fresh breakfast option with corn flakes and complementary coffee, as for instance. Great customer care, parking nearby.

Big and fairly clean venue with a wonderful value and accommodating staff. Immaculate and huge rooms with tea, orange juice, as for instance. Brilliant location in Florence Historic Centre district next to the Uffizi gallery is, the local festival, and Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Piazza Signorinia, Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, and a lot of shopping. The outdoor restaurant for lunch and dinner. Such a very delightful stay for one night in mid February.

The room I booked was kept impeccably clean and available with full self serve kitchen and breakfast or snacks.

The personnel was best and efficient. The hotel took care of the friendly service. I could park the car nearby. The location was very central, incredible to everything you 'll want to see. Further, it was short walk to Accademia, a pub and restaurant and all the major attractions.

I ate at a great restaurant for lunch and dinner. The view was great and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was charming, quite a walk from a l-shaped square.

I was there for 4 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for lunch and dinner. The setting was quite marvellous and brilliant within easy reach of a spandrel arch bridge. Irish bar was busy and reasonably priced.

The service was terrific, the food was GOOD. Standard queen room had upgrades, it was romantic and beautifully decorated.

The hotel had a central location and it was close to a Gothic church.

This simply stunning and charming small hotel is based in a very nicely decorated building and has an outdoor restaurant. The units were lovely romantic and neat with big windows. The property has a very central location easy to reach from Santa Maria Novella train station. There is nearby Trippaio del Porcellino to grab some food for the dinner.

Marvellous and brilliant location - a minute walk from a distinguished monument. Walking distance to local markets and a market across the street. Exceptionally comfortable bed and lovely romantic and spotless room.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The breakfast was fresh made with vegetables or salad options and corn flakes, as example, so much to pick from. The location was super and brilliant for walking around a fortress palace.

The staff are very friendly, and the host too. All in all they offer terrific service.

The area was very relaxing right by beautiful Florence, good restaurants, and Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Piazza Signorinia, Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, and a lot of shopping.

The staff we met were not very welcoming.

A perfect 10/10 way to end my trip. Fairly clean hotel with the best staff and nice cosy and well priced rooms. Perfect location, to the Uffizi museum and away from hustle and bustle. Based very close to a pedestrian zone, Relais Cavalcanti in early Sept'07 and the centre of Florence and attractions. Particularly good and freshly cooked breakfast to start the day with corn flakes, complementary coffee and vegetables or salad options.

Warm drinks at Irish bar, welcoming service. Honest and nice staff, attractive triple room. Particularly good breakfast, lots of options available. Awesome location, just a walking distance from a fortress palace.

the location of the hotel was brilliant and awesome - not too far from a pedestrianized square. liked that it was 15 minutes' walk from the train station. this was exactly the triple room i wanted in florence.

The location was best possible and brilliant, within walking distance of Full Up. It was a very quiet area, a great place for me...

The view from my superior queen room was great. This delightful hotel was in very central location in the center of everything. Didn't like when it was chilly outside, went to Trippaio del Porcellino to relax and grab some food.

Terrific service and a good restaurant, available onsite. Tidy and attractive rooms, comfortable beds.

Exceptional and phenomenal location, in a safe area. Close to Florence and Ponte Vecchio.
