The staff were very friendly and caring all the time. The service was friendly, that made the hotel excellent value and luxury place.

Shame the bathroom was old.

A double room with comfy bed has basic facilities you need. The location is great and brilliant, 1 km from a fortress palace. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

The stay here was really lovely, appreciated the hotel, it was clean with good location just next door to the Uffizi, main attractions, and the Duomo, Central Market and train station. The local staff were super-friendly. The bar served plenty of meals for breakfast. Welcoming service was provided😀

Triple room we stayed at was gorgeous with comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was just next door to virtually all the attractions, the Duomo and restaurants and places worth going. It was only a short distance to Gustavino Duomo, where you can have dinner.
